I continue to return to Tire Choice in Colony for oil changes and service because I find the staff courteous, knowledgeable, and I trust what they tell me about what needs to be done. No upselling here! Prices are just like anywhere else. No gouging or bait and switch. Highly recommend!

Visited this location on Saturday-- very convenient for someone who works during the week. Was greeted when I entered and received excellent customer service from both the tech and also the manager. They addressed my concerns and had me up and running in no time. Definitely will be returning.

The only place I take my car for maintenance and mechanical work. They are trustworthy, honest, straightforward, and reliable. I highly recommend them for anything from oil changes to tune ups and AC recharges. 10/10

Arrived at Tire Choice on a Friday evening at 6:30 with a flat tire that could not be repaired. New tires ordered and installed by noon the next day. Excellent service!

Tire choice in colony has a new management team and although I wasn’t disappointed in the last management team, this management team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is correct. I had an issue with my Mercedes after a new tire installation and they sent someone to my home right away to correct it.

Terrible Service: January 2019 I had an oil change and grease job.
I'm a Canadian Snowbird, I park my Jaguar here in The Villages for 7 months, April to Oct.
Before I drive my Jaguar, I have a habit of checking the oil and the transmission fluid.
I checked the oil it was OK, I tried checking the transmission fluid, I couldn't pull the dip stick out to check the fluid. Today, November 26, 2019 I took my Jag to Tire Auto Choice to have them check my transmission fluid. They wouldn't check my transmission fluid , unless they did a bunch of repairs they said the car needed.
I HAVE NEVER HEARD THIS IN MY LIFE, and I'm 83 years old.
Great service!!! I have bought golf cart tires, had oil changes done in the past.

I went in for an oil change, but was told I did not need it yet. Just had tires rotated, new wiper blades installed and a check over for our upcoming trip. I really appreciated their honesty on the oil change. I will definitely return to this shop.

I visited tire choice today for an oil change and brake system flush/refill. I was greeted by a very helpful staff and was kept in the loop for the entirety of my visit (no surprise charges.) I will definitely be using this location in the future.

This place is the best, they were always super nice about just topping my tires with air every winter... so when I had a nail in my tire a month ago, I came to them. They took me right away and had me in and out fast. Today I had another nail/screw in another tire and again they were extremely friendly and helpful with getting it repaired as soon as possible even though they seemed very busy already. The guy working at the counter was great about fitting me in and provided excellent customer service. It could of easily been a horrible Monday by dealing with another flat but they made my day! My whole family goes here anytime we need anything and will continue to do so! Thanks again!

Amazing experience here today! Gio and the team were friendly and helpful! We got a flat on the highway, got towed to the shop and were back on the road in no time!
