Mattress Firm Lady Lake II

20 years ago we purchased a mattress at Mattress Firm and were impressed with the service. We are pleased to say we got the same great service from Roy today. We were very pleased with the new mattress then and hope to have the same experience again. The service today was exceptional. Roy was very informative, helpful and professional. We are very glad we made the right choice today.

I went to the Mattress Firm at Lady Lake II today under an especially stressful condition. Teresa’s knowledge, customer service and willingness to find a solution completely changed my outlook. Her ability to work with myself, as the customer, and take the time, care and understanding while offering support was the kind of service you don’t usually find anymore.

I can absolutely, without a doubt, recommend Teresa. She represents the values all businesses and customers alike hope to find in a salesperson. Thank you again, Teresa.

Did some on-line research on a mattress that we were considering. We were greeted by Roy. I told him about the mattress we were considering. He was great - no trying to upsell or anything. He contacted a different location since we also wanted a cooling mattress protector. He was helping us & another couple but he paid closes attention to all of us. There was no pressure from him. Highly recommend him and the Mattress Firm location in front of Home Depot on 441. Thanks Roy for your help!

We had a very enjoyable and educational experience at Mattress Firm of Lady Lake. Teresa is in expert in your sleep needs and a very pleasant professional. She awnsered all of my assertive questions and did not try to push me into upgrades if I did not need them. I also appreciate the ethics and integrity displayed by Teresa and her team. This store is very clean, follows safety guidelines, and has a wide selections at fair prices. Also, a shout out to the Inverness and Turky Lake Mattress Firm. All stores were professional and ethical. I appreciate that no representative attempted to play one store against another. I can't wait to sleep well for a long time.

When I came in I was so unsure of what to do regarding a mattress. Teresa was extremely helpful and so pleasant to be around. She knew exactly what mattress would fit me and my comfort level. If I ever need another mattress this is where I will be going.

Likewise, the delivery process could not have been better. We are very happy with our new Tempurpedic mattress.

Roy was very helpful in explaining the make of a mattress with springs and cushions. I was better able to make a decision which mattress was best for me. He also explained the difference between a flip mattress vs one you would not flip. Very friendly and personal able.
