Amazing! This is the best locksmith to go to. Jessy just put my key fob for my car in a new casing for a great price and is making me a few copies of my house key. Everyone here is so nice and helpful! I was having issues with my car not recognizing my key fob, and even when using the emergency key to unlock the car, the car alarm started blaring and I couldn't start the car to get it to turn off. I called Smiley Locksmith and someone talked me through how to get the car to start to be able to drive it to the shop to avoid towing it there, and then they were able to fix the issue very quickly. I will absolutely come back here for any lock related issues I have in the future!!

I called Smileys, after calling a dealership, and other locksmiths regarding a key that had broken off in a older car. I spoke to Latoya, a very kind, professional, knowledgeable and more importantly honest person. The technician, I'm sorry I didn't get his name, was able to quickly extract the broken key (w/o dismantling the ignition as others stated was required) and make a new one, fast and reasonably priced compared to other businesses. Thank you for your honesty and expertise!

Yesterday I walked in the door and was greeted by a young lady and instantly start looking around for someone else I said to myself self oh boy, she asked me how she could help I explained to her I needed to have two car keys cut she said no problem gave me prices and begun cutting my key after watching her work I told her I was really impressed with her. She did a great job even recommended other services I needed. I’m not sure if her boss knows that’s she is top notch . Thanks LaToya for a great experience

Jones was the technician that arrived to install my digital smart door lock. He knew exactly what he was doing and even cleaned up afterwards. I was an old customer but I had such a negative experience with an employee. However, the owner readily resolves things to my satisfaction. Today, I need a key fob replacement but I was hesitant to return, but I did. Jones, greeted me as I entered and patiently allowed me to explain my situation. LaToya, then checked my fob thoroughly and gave me complete pricing so that I can make an informed decision. She also offered me a military discount as I’m a disabled Veteran. Jessy, then explained that I need not make an appointment but allow myself at least 30minutes. I really appreciate this NEW staff. I’ll be back.

I bought a truck at auction, I only received one key & no manual with the code. Jessy was more than patient answering my questions & took the time to verify I had the correct key before cutting it. He cut, programmed, and retrieved my code in a matter of minutes. Would definitely recommend.

I came in to get my key fixed and I honestly didn’t know if it was salvageable. It was a hot mess, covered in glue and rhinestones…. But thank God for Latoya. She absolutely saved the day. Today was a great day. My man Jessi from smiley locks, took good care of me. Very profesional and prompt. My fob for my BMW stop working I had to purchase a new one . It took Jessi 10 min . I really recommend then.

This place is beyond great. Plus it is less expensive than other locksmiths. It was quick a d they explained how to use the emergency key with my car fob. Top shelf in all ways, especially Latoya!

I locked myself out of my vehicle and Jesse came out to my rescue! Within five minutes, he had me up and running. He had a great attitude was knowledgeable and efficient. While the location wasn’t necessarily convenient for me. Jesse was such a professional that I decided to go to the office to have another fob and remote made for my SUV. When I went to the shop Jesse was there and I met Jones his associate. I never knew that a key had a chip in it. They gave me an education while they programmed the key and a new remote. I will never go with only one key fob, and one remote for my vehicle again. If you need something, this is the place you should go and ask for Jesse or Jones!
