There was an issue with my delivery time from the location and I could not receive my shoes on time. Walter (store manager) managed to resolve the issue in no time and refund my money to the card and directed me to a store were I could get my shoes. GREAT GUY, AWESOME SERVICE

Excellent service. The manager Sloan was very helpful and accommodated me in even ordering shoes. I went in only wanting one shoe, but they were great at helping me find two. Promotions are always great. Even the associates were very friendly , all had a good vibe and were just having a good time they didn’t act like robots. They played great music which I love to have when I’m shopping. Overall just a good experience, highly recommend.... unless you’re trying to save money lol.

They have 50% off the second pair of shoes going on now. The great thing about this is that it includes the clearance section as well. That's an opportunity for great discounted shoes.

Went into Steve Madden Sawgrass this week looking for a nice shoe for a graduation I was attending. Immediately I was greeted by Krystle, she asked if there was anything in particular I was looking for and I told her I needed a nice shoe to attend a graduation. She started showing some awesome looking shoes that fit the occasion perfectly. After trying on about 5 pairs... She was very patient and honest. I was down to 2 pairs that I absolutely LOVED! Then she hit me with the BEST NEWS.... she said all shoes were Buy 1 get 1 70% OFF!! Yes you heard me right 🙌🏽🙌🏽 Problem solved !! She took me to the register rang me up and I thanked her for all her help. Krystle has a great personality!! So if anyone is looking for a good sales associate go see Krystle at Sawgrass... I will be coming back to buy more shoes from her 🤗 thanks again for such a great experience!! BTW the store was very clean and well kept 👍🏼

I went into this store because I was going on vacation and needed some sandals for the beach. The staff was so knowledgeable on the merchandise that they ended up selling me 2 additional pairs of shoes that I was not even looking to buy. The staff was extremely personable, Friendly, upbeat and professional. I do not normally go to Sawgrass but this team created an experience for me that will definitely cause me make Steve Madden my new go to destination for shoes.
