Pediatric Associates Pembroke Pines

I feel that my kids have a great new pediatrician. We are very please with the doctor, he takes his time and is very friendly with them. I like the locations and also hours of operation. Locations are so clean, and nice. The hours are so flexible, even you can use the virtual visit that is also a very nice advantage, 24 hours, by 7 days, pretty much the whole year!! That goes beyond my expectations. I am really so glad with the new service for my kids.
Personal is also very professional, they do not improvise, they treat us very clearly and friendly too.
So glad with this group!!

I usually love pediatric associate give them 5 atar but my visit unfortunately was terrible. I had 3 children booked, two was 10:45 other booked 2:30 .usually will see all at once due to siblings today that wasn't happening! Due to doctor behind. I arrived 10:42 wasn't checked in sat whole hour and half then called In to wait in room good 35 to 40 minutes until see doctor! Service was so bad was done at 1 took my kids to lunch came right back for my 3rd child appointment says could check in 1:30.

I am so happy with Pediatric Associates, I take both my children of 2 and 16 years old. The staff is wonderful and anytime I need an appointment I’m able to get one right away due to all the locations they have and also Televideo through their app. Thank you guys for being there every step of the way 🤍

My child is Autistic. Everyone was very kind and made him feel comfortable. He was given his flu shot and did not seem to be bothered at all. The Doctor and nurse each held one of his arms while the doctor gave him his shot. He felt so comfortable with them that he didn't seem to notice he had been given a shot.

Pediatric Associates of Pembroke Pines was recommended by a friend of ours. Very practical because they are very close to the West Memorial Hospital and could come on the next day our baby girl was born. Since then, we’ve been to 6 well visits and the nurses are very kind, place is clean and Doctor Aleyas very professional and of good advice. Sometimes, the wait is a bit long… but as any medical place I guess!

Amazing office! Trust them with your baby, my mom used to take me I am now 27 years old with my baby and taking him there!! Amazing team very welcoming, and Dr. Kiang is the best!!

We have been coming to pediatric associates since my oldest son was born, we switched to the Pembroke Pines office almost a year ago and they have been great. Dr.Kiang is amazing, highly recommend her as a pediatrician. She has been wonderful with our sons.

We looooove Dr Salerno! She is so sweet, honest, patient and extremely knowledgeable! Staff has always been excellent with us! Nothing but professionalism!

You have each gone above and beyond and deserve to be recognized for your commitment in exceptional customer care with my children. Thank you for treating my children’s health with personal kindness—you each have made my family and I feel as if somehow we’re getting a “family hookup” with your guidance and treatment. The care my child has received there was exceptional. The entire team/office always display a high level of professionalism, always making my son and I comfortable throughout our visit.

Since 2018 with my first child and now just having my fourth it’s been an easy choice to make in terms of my children’s health care. Dr.Aleyas is such an amazing well thorough doctor who I highly recommend! All the staff and nurses are super knowledgeable and efficient.

It's an awesome experience every time. It's unfortunate I have to come frequently with one of my daughter's almost every other week. But nevertheless the staff treats me good and it's calming to know that they don't judge you for coming every month with a sickly child. Thank you Dr. Jones and Nicole at the front desk and Joshua Dr. Jones assistant. I can't express how relieved I am to have you all understand and continue to be kind, patient and helpful every visit. Thank you everyone at this office location.

I just don't like that the physician was quick to dismissed a concern

1) I had mentioned my son has a brown spot on his eye that is new and that his skin has white discolored patches and she quickly wrote it off to it being "eczema"

I just want to make sure that if I return with these issues being exacerbated it was initially ignored

Beyond that . All great

Very friendly. Very clean place. My kids really felt comfortable with the staff. Thank you to all the staff there. Awesome job ladies. You all are rockstars. Keep up the good work.

Very great visit! Jody Dale NP is awesome!! She actually listens to the kids and I . The wait times have definitely improved.

My doctor was great, the ladies at the desk were efficient, friendly, and I wasn't waiting to long to be seen, considering how many other people were waiting ahead of me.

I love this office especially Dr. Jones. My kids have been coming here since I had my first baby in 2008

My son has been a patient in this office for 15 years, and they have always delivered exceptional care to my son.

We been with Pembroke Pines office for 6 years and we always have a great time there.

Dr. Valentina Prieto Forero was amazing. I was very concerned about my daughter, she explained and addressed all of my concerns. She didn't make me feel as though I was a nuisance for asking so many questions. She was extremely patient and very lighthearted.
