Crocs at Sawgrass Mill Outlet

I want to say thanks to Daniel and Andrew for helping me out with my purchase in crocs today. Great customer service and shopping experience. Love the product too.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The store was clean and bright, well organized and easy to shop. Shameia offered me help and showed me multiple styles, . Nehemiah was available for me to ask questions to after a bit And he showed me the different styles and sizing. He also helped me make a decision as to whether to purchase online or in store. He went in the back and found the color and size I wanted which they just didn’t have enough to put out on display. Nehemiah was awesome as was the entire experience. Excellent, Customer Service ! They have all kinds of colours, shapes and sizes plus many different types of accessories (Jibbitz) to choose from.

This place was so accommodating, I ordered crocs online and was sent the wrong color twice to give as a gift days before Christmas but Nehemiah and the store manager went above and beyond to make sure I walked out happy . Black Friday at Crocs Sawgrass was crowed and busy. But the staff were cool, and very patient. I went to quite a few stores but no one was as pleasant and friendly as Drew. She made the entire shopping experience worth the wait to get in as well as check out. The buy two get two sale was okay but still a lot to choose from. Thanks Drew your customer service was awesome.

Just had the best experience at this store. A big thank you to Nicole, Ulysses and Shameeza for the absolute best service they offered. They were super accommodating, went out of their way to help me with the purchase I needed to make and offered the most professional service. I called ahead for stock info on a new release and they gave me info over the phone. I drove an hour because they were the closest store with the Crocs I was looking for and they told me they had them in stock, even though they couldn't hold them for me. When I arrived, they did in fact have them. Super nice employees at this store. I wish more people in retail had this kind of personalized attention and training. Thank you for making my day!
