I received some of the best customer service at this location today. I was very overwhelmed, but several associates we able to assist me properly. Zach from flooring was very helpful and professional. Sebastian in customer service was amazing! I can't express how grateful I am for his help today. He was very kind and patient and even helped me load my car. Awesome guy !

Excellent store, I live by the one off of 441 and Pembroke road. I don't go to that one. This one is always cleaner,the employees are more helpful and the shelves are always full! There's also a BBQ man in the parking lot cooking up great BBQ.

I would like to take the time to give cashier Ms.Tilly a compliment. As she is very helpful and pleasant. She displays managerial qualities and always a pleasure to check out with. I tried to submit this compliment via home depot survey and it prompted a message that said my user ID and password was used already. Despite the fact the survey online was having issues; I wouldn't pass up the opportunity to talk about all of wonderful qualities Ms. Tilly possess. Thank you Home Depot!

I've been going to home depot for many years but this time for the first time I had an employee that actually was great at his job and directed me threw the store and helped me find what I needed plus more . His name is Shawn Williams millworks he had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable. I hope home depot recognize him for his great customer service and his knowledge they need more employees like him .

I had a wonderful time shopping today at this location. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our return and to load the items in our car. They also helped us find everything we needed they are very knowledgeable and personable. I appreciated the service we received. Thanks everyone.

I had two separate pleasant shopping experiences recently at the Pembroke Pines Home Depot, 11001 Pines Blvd.
I purchased a toilet along with some other bathroom fixtures. Kelly, the assistant manager was very helpful and pleasant throughout the entire ordering process and even reduced the delivery charge for me. It said free delivery online, however, that was not true. She is definitely an asset to the company. Thanks Kelly!
My second time was to purchase an exhaust fan/light fixture for my bathroom. Linda helped me this time and matched the price with another store that was selling the fixture at a lower price. She was very pleasant and helpful. Thanks Linda!

Originally i went to Home Depot to inquire in person the best route to go about fixing up a water rotted wall in my kitchen. With Tess's help, i acquired enough confidence to get the tools necessary to just do it. I was so apprehensive about this project, but thanks to the wonderful expertise of this locations informative staff, i was set up with all the tools necessary to succeed. With this, not only was i able to save my kitchen from further water related disasters, but developed the confidence to be able to tackle just about any home improvement project via Home Depot's help. Someday the world will have more people as genuine and as awesome as Tess.

When it is busy they try to help get you out of store. Line is long, goes very quickly, peak time. Well maintained store. *Go when empty, the store is yours!!

Clean with ample supplies with friendly service even though it was a busy Saturday.

Amazing work of Charlie (Babo Care) and Joshua.

These two men are amazing and Charlie had one of his arms in a brace and still refuse to let me pick up bags of weed and feed and Joshua helped.

Charlie apologise for the wait for 45mins for a manager advised he just walked in and heard I need help in the Garden Section.

I walked into Home Depot completely lost and not knowing where to begin for my home DIY project. All I knew is that I wanted to paint. Sophie introduced herself to me and asked me if I needed help, she was very nice and pleasant. Then she had the people in the front call Sidney who was super nice, patient and very knowledgeable. I had such an amazing experience and I have both Sophie and Sidney to thank for that. The gentleman who rang me up was also super friendly. I spent way more than I expected however, the phenomenal customer service that I received made it all worth it!

The girls who attended to me during a long transaction were so professional in dealing with the issue that I had to do this review for them. Eve, Elaine, and Linda, I hope that you are recognized for your excellent work and get some incentive so that another client like me leaves satisfied and happy. Don't stop losing your sense of humor, girls, while doing your incredible job of dealing with the public daily. Five stars for you will not be enough to recognize you for your outstanding job. What can I say about my Home Depot. I go there constantly, I buy appliances, and many other things. Everyone is nice, specially my appliances consultant; his name is Jeff, with lots of patience, well mannered and very important honest and professional. I feel very safe when I consult him because I think his honesty is well exposed ; I trust him when buying something I don't know much or nothing about the product.

I’ve been here like 10,000 times already because of my significant others business. They always have everything we need in stock and their rental department is always great too. When you have to return some thing they do it without hassle. Overall great experience here. They are just short staffed some days sadly but otherwise good experience.
