Just moved to Delray Beach and did not know who to call regarding our plumbing issue. Leak from outside was causing our city bill to triple. Our technician Andrew Carter showed up on time and a few minutes early and communicated effectively what the resolution would be for our issue. Andrew had incredible customer service, communication and just a wonderful attitude even in the heat. He did an incredible job and timely. Excellent service! From start to finish- 4 Star Plumbing Co. is absolutely the most professional and efficient! Andrew did a great job staying in contact with me- from reviewing options and prices to scheduling immediately after our first call at 8:00am to having Ryan here within an hour to replace our tankless hot water heater. Ryan was professional, courteous, efficient, cleaned up after the job was completed, and within 3 hours we had hot water again! I am so happy our neighbor referred them to us - they are our go to plumber for any plumbing problems or projects.

Fantastic!! I've used their services twice now. Excellent service from the first call I made to the second job done today. They walked me through the initial finance options as well. Very happy. I originally hired 4 Star to dig under our building and replace the buildings main sewer pipe and today I had them come today 4/17/2024 to replace the wax ring under our toilet.
4 Star and their employees are on time and very professional. They aren't the cheapest plumbing company you can find but you get what you pay for. If you are having plumbing issues of any kind, big and small, I highly recommend 4 Star for all of your plumbing needs.

Dependable, reasonable and trustworthy. 4 Star Plumbing sent out Ryan who was exemplary. He was knowledgeable, and accessed and fixed the plumbing issue immediately. Prior to finding and calling 4 Star Plumbing, I contacted two other plumbers, one who caused a flood in my bathroom and another one that wanted $780 for coming out. 4 Start Plumbing is my new go to and I am thankful for their honest and good service.

Called 4Star for a quote and later to service toilet and angle valve. Both times they were timely, friendly and willing to explain everything. This company is responsive and offers a warrant on their work.

Andrew was so helpful with answers regarding the replacement of our Instahot hot water heater. Carlos our plumber was absolutely great. Troubleshooting the issues with our electrical and working with the electrician. Great service they will be my new go to for plumbing!
