This guy is great. Terrible dad jokes 😂.. but great. I'm a new home owner and the stress of needing a sewer guy already was a lot. He was very upbeat and professional with sarcastic humor too! Great guy and extremely personable. Fixed the issue and cleaned the mess afterwards. I will be using this company in the future.

We used them because of his community actions that he does thru out the year. Called him on a Sunday and after a bit if discussion decided to wait until actual business hours on Monday. He was prompt and professional everything was cleaned up afterwards.

They are the best! I put a call in this morning AND they always respond within a half hour and scheduled a time for this afternoon. We are so fortunate to have a business like this in our Community!

We needed help with our septic system, and Jason was out the next day. He told us what we needed to do before he could proceed, the next day Steve was out to fix the issue. Very responsive, communicated with us the whole time, and got the issue resolved in a day. I hope we never have an issue again, but if we do, we will call Straight Flush for sure.
