After just moving to SB from a place that had the worst post offices we've ever dealt with (so much so that we got a UPS store box instead of having anything ever touched by the USPS), we have been pleasantly surprised with the post office here so far. We had an issue with mailbox tampering and not only did they take it seriously and take an official report on it, but they also helped us open a PO Box, mail forwarding and a short hold instead. All of the employees we've dealt with so far have been very friendly and helpful as well.

I ship packages almost everyday through the post office and find the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. A+ service.

Very poor delivery service, we have gone as many as 5 days with no delivery.
The last two times we put in a vacation hold, it wasn't held even tho I left the hold info at the post office. I have tried to phone multiple times with no answer.

Have not received mail in a week. When I was it was coming at 9pm. Hope postmaster is delivering mail.
