I have been taking my pets to see Dr. Alan for over 20 years. I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for my pets. I drive from Winter Garden just for him!

Mesha’s 1st visit to the vet was amazing! From the scheduling of the appointment throughout the intake process, during the visit, and even afterwards, the care team and experience was exceptional!

Dr. Krause and all the staff were cheerful, professional, and caring. Our 5 month old Golden Doodle seemed comfortable with the experience. We have found our Veterinary office.

I was amazed how they were able to answer every question regarding my cat. The detailed responses left me confident that this place is perfect to get the best service for my traveling companion.

My kitty was very comfortable there, lol. The vet tech was great and the veterinarian was awesome as well.

I brought my Shorkie in after she had been mutilated by her groomer and was bleeding out. The staff took her right in and did all the right steps to lower her heart rate to address the cutting of a major artery. They did an absolutely fantastic job in saving my baby dog. I cannot begin to thank them enough. What a great staff! I will always be grateful for their attention to the urgency of the situation. I've been in this location for 3 months now and feel very lucky that I established them as my Veterinary when I located to this area. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the doctors in the staff at faithful companion Veterinary Clinic.

I would like to applaud Dr. Krause and his wonderful staff. We had to put our beloved cat, Twilight, to sleep last Friday. They were so kind and compassionate. They brought peace and serenity to a very emotional procedure. I will always be grateful for the privilege of being able to take her there. I highly recommend their practice!

I have only gone here once, and can confidently say we’ve found our new permanent veterinarian. Dr. Krause was extremely nice to talk to, and very informative. Made me feel I was a priority, and not just trying to move through patients as quickly as possible. After recent poor experiences with our last vet, Faithful Companion is a breath of fresh air! The Dr. even took the time to write us a personalized letter at the end of his work day, and provided a email with all our fur babies records. You don’t find this level of service and commitment often. Strongly recommend you give them a try if you’re in the market for a new vet.

It was a Monday. Very busy day at all veterinarian offices. My boxer of 14 years had become very ill over the weekend and could not stand up. I telephoned Faithful Companion Veterinary Services.
Dr. Alan J. Krause told me to give him a hour, he could work us in. He understands emergencies.
Because of my dog's severe health issues we knew it was the end for her.
The service Dr. Krause and his staff provided was unbelievable. The procedure was quick and painless. The kindness he and his staff extended to us was humble and warm.
I am so glad it was he that my wife and I chose.
Now its Saturday. A sympathy card just arrived from
Faithful Companion Veterinary Services, signed by the entire staff.
When we adopt another little boxer Dr. Krause will be our vet.

This veterinarian took my dog in as an emergency when my vet of 4 years couldn't work me in. His office was so kind and welcoming. This is a family business, and the owners are good Christian people who want to help.
I'm switching veterinarians after this incident and wish I had known about them sooner. I would recommend Faithful Companion Veterinary to anyone who is looking or just wanting the best for their loved ones.

Dr. Krause is very compassionate and caring. We trust him completely to take care of our pets.

Our Cooper has a heart murmur and wasn't doing well. Dr. Krause had me bring him in that day to do X-rays, and bloodwork. He has scheduled Cooper for an echocardiogram this Tuesday. I couldn't have asked for better care for my boy.

Dr. Krause is the most loving, compassionate, and caring vet I've been to. He's been upfront and honest about my pets health, and the unnecessary further (and very costly) tests needed to determine the outcome. I highly recommend this practice!!
