I have to used this company through their all inclusive Outlet website for many years. I've never had an issue with them they've always been helpful with requests for the hotel. I'm seeing a lot of reviews with one star and a lot of times it seems like people want refunds. When it comes to airline tickets mistakes are very hard to rectify. Things like changing a name or not just that simple. I've actually lost an airline ticket because I wanted to transfer to a different person and apparently this is not allowed. I've always had them work with me with what they could do. If you feel you were truly robbed why wouldn't you just report it to the credit card company they always take your side. Anyway I haven't had much of an issue and I feel like a lot of these reviews are unfair or not realistic. I just booked a trip to them this week for Dominican Republic. I worked with Tanya, but I might as well been talking to a child. She provided zero help, continued to lie and said they were going through protocol to refund me. Which is clear from other reviewers that I won't be getting a refund. She is truly classless just like her company.

1 star is too much! I have been waiting on refund from December 2022. It is now June 2023. Going back and forth on email of my $452 refund which has yet to be returned. Save yourself the time & don't book here. The customer service sucks. Just read the reviews...

If I could give this “establishment” 0 stars I would. We booked our trip and for 2 weeks prior to the trip needed to make an edit on my name on the ticket. This agency would not cooperate at all and kept pointing fingers at the airlines though the airlines could not do a single thing. We continuously tried to contact someone and were treated rudely. My husband and I ended up having to spend an extra 1200 dollars to get to our destination and drive 2.5 hours to another airport and pay $14 dollars a day for parking. Then we get to Mexico and find out my husband’s luggage is still in Atlanta so we have to wait another day to receive that. We got no prior information about our resort from the “agency” and all had to buy new clothes to wear due to a dress code. I am utterly disappointed and will tell anyone I know to steer clear of this company. The amount of stress we endured on vacation was extremely high and absolutely ridiculous.

Be aware when booking through them.
They will take your money. So just be careful they won’t give you a refund only a travel credit which you have to use within a year. I booked a trip to Mexico with my toddler and somehow they messed up the booking and they canceled it yes they canceled not me so they told me a couple days before my trip and when I was trying to get my refund they wouldn’t give it to me only a travel credit so now I am stuck with that. Their customer service is terrible and you can’t reach anybody. They only want to take your money and they don’t care about satisfying their customers. Scam.

I booked a vacation through All inclusive outlets that partnered with Destiworld. I needed to make a change to my reservation and could not reach either company. I tried every email and phone number available and always was directed elsewhere. I even called the emergency lines with no response. Eventually I got in contact with the actual hotel and was told I had no reservation and traveled in just 4 days. I finally got a response from All inclusive outlets who said they would confirm the reservation with Destiworld. It was several days before I got another response and was told Destiworld was not responding. Finally, when traveling in less than 12 hours, All inclusive outlets told me that Destiworld had never made the hotel reservation. I ended up getting booking a last minute room, a downgraded room from what I'd originally reserved, after threatening to report the charges as fraudulent. I will not ever use a service connected to destiworld.

A travel agent I've used for years books trips through DestiWorld. We had to change a recent trip on a weekend due to a hurricane and DestiWorld was completely unresponsive. No one at their emergency number was able to help us reschedule our hotel or flights. I changed my own flights directly with American Airlines and in turn, they charged me $200 because they were booked through a travel agent! What was I supposed to do when I couldn't get ahold of anyone at DestiWorld to make the change for me? I am still waiting for DestiWorld to get back to me on reimbursement for that fee! When we showed up at the resort, DestiWorld had us arriving the day before, so the reservation department didn't even have is on the list. Needless to say, that was an extremely stressful start to our vacation! I realize the travel industry is hurting right now and has had to downsize, but that isn't an excuse for the extremely poor service we received.

Terrible customer service. Do not book with them, you will regret it! They operate as All Inclusive Outlet as well. BEWARE!

Buyer beware. Their policies are misleading. I paid for a hotel, their policy stated that changes could be made but when I attempted to, they claimed I opted in to a non-refund policy.

My wife and I are on our honeymoon and we have an emergency and can't get in contact with DestiWorld. This is ridiculous!
