This company refuses to refund roughly $3000, even though a global pandemic is the cause for us to not be able to travel. We paid in advance for an all inclusive trip to Jamaica. We were successful at canceling but our all inclusive package is nonrefundable. I understand normal circumstances, but a global pandemic, is not anyone's fault. There are no all inclusive packages in the United States and going outside the usa is unsafe, and most countries have level 4 travel advisories not to travel. If we can't travel.by June of 2022 the expiration date may not be extended, meaning what , we lose $ 3000.00. I completely think there should be some sort of extenuating circumstances with covid restrictions and companies refund policy

This company doesn’t respect their employees. Stay away if you’re looking for a job. They will fire you for no reason and don’t follow policy. They do not care about your employment. You will not be like family as they preach. Stay away
