Seeing Dr about 15 years and couldn't ask for a more thorough and professional doctor. His staff is the best.

Dr Lichtinger was recommended to us by a neighbor when we moved into the area in 2014. Its rare when you find someone that excels in there field and Dr Lichtinger does that and more. He is the best Doctor I have had in my 63 years and me and my wife both go to him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and spends the time with you to get you the help/advice you need. Very thorough and him being a DO will help you understand how to do things naturally if your willing. I cant say enough good things about the man!

I have been a patient with Dr Lichtenger for over 20 years. His office staff has been pretty much the same. That for one tells you something. He is a wonderful doctor who listens and is always there when you need him. He treated my mother during her cancer treatments and was so kind to us. Even when I feared it went to her brain, he called me back immediately and sent her to the ER. He also went to see her in the ER. You will never find perfection in anyone, but it's nice to have someone you can communicate concerns with. I love their new online system to view your own records as well.

He is a super professional doctor and has been for a number of years. He has not been hard to get an essential appointment with and is quick to assist with needed prescriptions. Highly recommend!

And, I’m almost 77 years old!

Dr Lichtinger was very thorough. I’m a new patient. I recently saw his NP AnnaMarie. She was also thorough.

I was terminated as his patient because I had to make a couple of visits to Urgent Care and the Emergency room within a year (?). He was rude and disrespectful when I called on a Sunday morning. He refused to ask questions regarding my symptoms. He asked if I was allergic to anything and where to send my prescriptions. I still needed immediate medical care so I went to the ER. I received a call from him a couple of days later. He was angry and told me I will be receiving a discharged letter. He didn't give me a chance to speak and hung up the phone without a proper goodbye. I'm so traumatized, that experience was the worst I've ever experienced in my 76 yrs. I'm not sure why or what has happened to him. In the past, I've always bragged about his practice and the staff professionalism.

So this doctor tell you they have an emergency line so you don't go to urgent care, so I call and this doctor call back yelling at me because I don't contact the office in business hours. So I get yell, attack and I still have my pain. This doctor think he is the only one but he don't, the worst experience ever. Staff it's awesome and nurse practitioner is the best, so sad for her to working in that doctors office, I discharge myself

Dr Lichtenger discharged me as a patient because I went to urgent care for a uti I called his office to make an appointment but they had no morning appointments available and I couldn't miss work. I was in pain so I went to the urgent care and I got a letter in the mail and a phone call from somebody that works for Doctor Lichtenger asking me why I went to urgent care I explained and she said she would tell the doctor sometimes patients would be discharged, but she would let the doctor know.

We are new to the area and were in search of a GP. I spoke with a lady in Dr. Lichtinger's office that told me he was taking new patients and to call my Advantage plan and switch my provider to him, then call back and they would schedule my husband and I about 6 weeks out which would have been the end of November for a new patient appointment. I went through the whole process of switching my provider through the insurance which was a time consuming process, called Dr. Lichtinger's office back and was told that the doctor could not see us until February of 2022 and this is the beginning of October 2021. Dr. Lichtinger may be an excellent doctor however his office staff needs to get on the same page as far as the info they are telling their patients. I now have to call my insurance company back, go through the process all over again and find another provider because we cannot wait that long to see a provider due to the medications we are on. Also when I was trying to explain our situation to the lady at the office and that no one seemed to be on the same page as far as scheduling appointments goes, she got an attitude with me and said she had ran that office for 20 years and this office runs just fine. Not a proper way to run an office!

I’ve gone to doctor linchinger for almost ten years. I used to enjoy and always had a great visit. As of this year the office manager and front desk secretary have been the worse. I got a letter saying they were discharging me because of failure to follow office procedures. Not sure what that meant. I fractured my femur at the top and was on a walker for four months Until I had a hip replacement. I am now walking and healing after three to four months. I was unable to go to any appointments that were made unbeknown to me. I am so hurt and angry to have to find another doctor. I am on meds that require me to function somewhat normal. I can’t find a doctor that is taking new patients for a couple month and doctor linchinger stopped writing my meds. I’m very confused as to why I got fired. He is a great doctor but his front desk help are rude and insulting.

Do not use this doctor. Over 4th of July weekend I used an urgent care facility. Next time I was in to see the doctor they wanted me to sign a paper stating if I went to an urgent care facility again he would drop me as a patient.
