My carburetor quadrajet started leaking so I looked up skinners and went by early morning took my carburetor in let them know what happened.soon after told they can rebuild it in 2 days so I said ok and they called me to pick it up took it home installed it running like new thanks again.

Had my 67 cougar 289 2v tuned here. Runs fantastic now. Thanks guys!

If you need your carburetor rebuild, my advice is to go to Skinner's Carburetor Rebuild in Albuquerque. I had problems with my carb using a lot of gas and not running right, and I took my truck to Skinner's. He did a super job on the rebuild. It improved my gas mileage, and my truck is now running great. SUPER JOB.

I had problems starting my dad’s 1978 Ford F-150. Every time I started it in the morning I had to prime the carburetor. I called Albert at skinner carburetors and we scheduled a time to bring it in. After inspection of the truck, Albert detected that the fuel accelerator was not working properly. He said I could get by on a new accelerator pump and a cleaning. I appreciated his honesty, and decided to have him rebuild the carburetor. The truck starts up every morning without having to prime it like before, and it runs great. Thank you for conducting good business practices.

Skinner's always has my back when something's going on with my '86 Toyota pickup carb. They don't have much competition in town as a (the only?) carb shop, so thank God they're so good at what they do, honest, communicative, and affordable.

The person who owns the place is very professional and knowledgeable about his work and courteous my part is being worked on I'll find out how it turns out when it's done and installed .
