Old Hickory Whiskey Bar

Came in for the first time and I definitely will be back. I was served by Justin who was very knowledgeable in different drinks and whiskeys. I am not the most knowledgeable in this field so it was great to have Justin serve me as he was clearly a professional and knew his stuff. I just had a go-to old-fashioned. I am a pretty picky person but Justin made me one of the best old fashioned I have been served. If Justin is there I recommend him to be the one to serve you.

Our group had a private whiskey tasting with Katie and had a fantastic time. The tasting was perfectly set up and, even though we were all experienced whiskey drinkers, Katie was able to teach us all a few new things. Her knowledge of whiskey and the industry is impressive. If you ever have an opportunity to get one of these, jump on it. We got ours through a charity auction and it was worth every cent.

Courtney, she was FANTASTIC!! We came in at 11pm and she was SO patient and made our drinks (party of 9) .. which were absolutely delicious! 10/10 would come back and recommend her. She made our visit very memorable and we are excited to come back and visit!

Great whiskey bar right in downtown Pensacola. Daughter worked here when it first opened and I loved it then and still love it now. Place is classy and swanky. The selection is great and the staff is amazing. Ashley is awesome and very attentive. Keep going guys.

Great place, great bartenders. If you like whisky, here's your bar. Our bartender Joe was an absolute master of his craft. Friendly crowd and it's worth noting we visited during the Christmas parade when it was really busy but we never waited for a drink.

Sunday Afternoon and find myself downtown Pensacola.... What do I do? Well, I decided to go to a "REAL" BAR! You know ... the kind of Bar where everything is really about the Bar and the premium spirits they present and serve. Big Thumbs Up for the Bar Tender Ashley, for making the BEST Old Fashioned I have had in a long time! It was absolutely PERFECT! Great Job, Ashley!

This is an excellent cocktail bar with a super extensive whiskey and bourbon selection. Their selections come from around the world and are served to you by skilled creators of craft cocktails. Leah served some of the best downtown cocktails for an after-work visit. Go, and you, too, will get some great drinks. The Old Hickory and Season Finale cocktails would be a good choice any day.

Huge variety of whiskey, bourbon. We paid a visit just before Halloween and the seasonal drink menu was very well made. Highly recommend stopping in for a pregame before your night begins or as the wind down spot after dinner.

Old Hickory Whiskey Bar in Pensacola had such a cool vibe. We went after dinner and it was a perfect way to wind down the evening. They have a ton of bottles of whiskey, but also everything else you could want from a bar - craft cocktails, beer, and wine too. Jessica was attentive and helpful. Will definitely be back when we return to Pensacola.

Great service and comfortable seating. Good whiskey and bourbon collection, but setting apart from other whiskey bars - the full bar and cocktail list for my wife that doesn’t love whiskey. Absolutely recommend if in the area.

OHWB was intimate and friendly. My bartender, DC, was knowledgeable and helped me find my perfect drink. I am excited to return.

First of all if you love Bourbon then this is your new home. The selection of Bourban was astounding. I had Blood Oath bourbon and as usual it was awsome. They have some custom drinks that in watching the bartenders make them I lost track of all the steps involved and drinks looks great!!!! The staff was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The bar itself has that old world atmosphere that you love about an old whiskey bar. Plenty of patrons came and went and it was apparent that they were enjoying themselves. This is a Bourban destination place.

One of our favorite spots downtown. The bartenders are friendly and their cocktail selection rotates seasonally keeping the menu fresh. It does get kind of busy though so it's a good idea to get there a little earlier to secure a seat, especially on weekends.

If you are visiting Pensacola and love whiskey/bourbon this place is for you!! I love their monthly speciality drinks!!

They serve lots of American whiskey. The menu seems to be outdated though. We ordered a couple whiskeys to try from the menu but they didn't have those. Better to just ask the bartender for recommendation

Great drinks, great staff. The specialty cocktails are wonderful. Their whiskey/bourbon selection is one of the best I have ever seen, anywhere. They are more expensive and they are not quick, but you shouldn't expect either of those things when going to a craft cocktail bar. If you don't know what kind of cocktails you like, my suggestion is that you should come in very early, like when they open at 4, and talk to the bartender. This is the only time they will have the ability to discuss it with you and the happy hour prices are very reasonable. Don't be one of those people that orders a $10 cocktail that's going to take them 10 minutes to make when they are already 3 deep only for you to take one sip and say, "oh, I don't think I like whiskey". Don't be that person. They do great tasting events and classes too.

Courtney was so amazing, she’s so sweet and patient, and her drinks are so wonderful I got the nose so bright drink they have right now and it tasted so nice

Great bartenders & service. My fiancé and I favorite spot to go for date nights! Bartenders are very friendly!
