Seminole County Clerk Records Center and Passport Office

I was able to get a lot accomplished there today. When I called I was told that, I had to research in my own but, I received help anyways once I arrived. Thanks a heap

They took care of me in a short time. Very courteous people.

I just want to say how lovely the people who work here are. The two women who assisted me today with applying for a passport were just wonderful. I have very high anxiety and doing simple things like ordering food tend to stress me out badly, so you can imagine how stressed I was about trying to get my passport. The staff here was so friendly from the moment I stepped in. Very helpful and kind. I never felt stupid or like I was a bother when asking questions the way I do in most situations. Just goes to show how much having a positive attitude can help make someone else's day, you never know how someone struggles internally, and I'm really glad the ladies who were working today were there.
Beyond that, everything went smoothly. There was no real wait and the whole process was quick and seamless.

Ms Debbie at passport processing has an impeccable work ethics. She was kind and very understanding. She went an extra mile to process my application, I was the last one waiting with no set appointment (which I don't recommend because they will ask you and prefer for you to make appointment online). I applaud her kindness!

This office is amazing. I made an appointment to get my passport and they followed up by phone and email to make sure I knew exactly what I needed to bring . The staff was professional, knowledgable and very friendly. It was just a wonderful experience.

I went here to renew my passport. The process went quickly, and the people there were very helpful. The lady who took the picture had a calming and reassuring personality. It was not crowded at all. I think maybe two other people came after me. I got my passport back within two weeks I think because I opted for expedited processing. I would recommend you go here for no hassle passport applications.

I was very satisfied with my experience here. I had to renew my passport and everyone I encountered was extremely helpful. To the person that I spoke to on the phone Thursday afternoon, to the representative that checked me in, and to Deborah that helped out with the entire process. They put in the effort to make this a quick and efficient process. Thank you!

We were pleasantly surprised to be helped so quickly; and we did not have to do the work ourselves to look up some records. Very helpful staff did that research and gave us the documents which we then went to another counter and paid for. All went quickly and smoothly.

I've been to this office twice in the last year to get passports. It was super sonic speed both times, you can just walk right in with no appointment and knock it out. (This is in stark contrast to when we had to make an appointment 2-3 weeks out, check the kids out of school early, and then stand in line at a post office - that was the only option in Seminole County several years ago).

With the older kids, I appreciated how the clerk took our homemade pictures and made sure to pick the right one so it would pass (we used an app and came in with 6 printed as a single photo and some were a little wompy).

And after the baby was born, I walked right in again, had a chair to wait in (for just long enough for me to change the baby's diaper on the changing station in the bathroom), and then another wonderful clerk (Karin) who again took the time to make sure the application and photo dimensions were spot on so the app had the best possible shot of being approved on the first try.

Least painful experience with a government agency I've had in a while. Had to renew passport, wasn't bad, everyone was nice and respectful.

I needed copies of my recently deceased husband’s DD214s which he had recorded when he retired in 1989. I was in and out with copies in hand in under 5 minutes. And there was no charge. Well done Seminole County Clerk of the Court.

COVID-19: You'll need to call to make an appointment prior to going for uour passport. However, you can obtain certified court records if you desire w/o an appointment.
