Great store with great employees, found a item for me and saved my grandsons Christmas, thank you for such great customer service.

Love this place, it’s like Hobby Lobby for men. Great customer service, I looked lost and one of the employees help me find everything I want in for.

Only went in for 1 thing, then found more that i needed for home. My shopping cart was full. Prices are wonderful! Very clean and easy to maneuver around. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff are always helpful and very nice. And store always clean and well stocked except on sale items which sell out quick. But at those price you should expect that. But it is one of my staple places to shop. Great place for great deals staffed by great people.

The cashier was freaking GREAT AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. He actual made me want to go buy something else just to have his service... can't rember his name but it was in LaGrange Georgia..

We are definitely going back to Harbor Freight 😁😁. They had so much stuff we have looked for. The prices were a bit shocking because we paid so much more for the same items elsewhere!!! We were greeted when we went in the store, an employee helped us directly and the lady that checked us out was so friendly. Plus the extended warranty let's us take our tools back to the store, we don't have to deal with the manufacturer. A great experience.

I love to go in to buy my husband tools in harbor freight. Some women would not even begin to know where to start but I was told when I brought my frist car by my dad you bought it you work on it so that I did.

This place is wonderful for buying inexpensive tools; the only drawback is that they are not professional grade. They do just fine for home use and for the non-professional hobbyist. For professional, daily, heavy duty use I would have to suggest companies which are geared towards professionals. I have bought several of their electric tools, use them daily and am quite satisfied with the quality.

Went in to get a 4 ton jack... They had everything but a 4 ton jack... No rain check options, no "we'll let you know when we get one in" not even a "our delivery truck get here on blah blah blah day" but out of the many times I've been here they've had what I've wanted or if it was in the back they would run grab it. Typically the staff is quick and more than helpful. P. S. I'll be back for my jack!

For a discount tool store they carried most any tool you may need. You may not get Craftsman but you also don't pay for that name. The staff seems to go out of their way to assist the clients.

I love shopping at harbor freight. If there's a tool I'm gonna need for a short while I'd rather buy from harbor freight than borrow from anyone. It's cheap enough to get my own rather than borrow someone's and break it and have to replace it ... And still not have the tool myself 🙂

Friendly service, cheaply priced but quality tools. They quit mailing flyers so to get coupons you have to register your email address or text them.
