Shoe Biz

Just a note to thank Hannah and the store owner (sorry I did not get his name) for the exceptional service I received at Shoe Biz in Lady Lake, FL. on Jan 5, 2024.

I am from Pennsylvania and stopped in Shoe Biz Jan 4. I noticed they sold Brighton jewelry. My husband passed away in July, 2022 and I spent our 55 th anniversary alone in Berlin, Maryland. While there I purchased a Brighton locket which could contain 2 small pictures. When I got home I tried to insert 2 pictures but could not get them in correctly. On Thursday I asked employees of Shoe Biz if they could insert pictures for me and they were very willing to help, even though I did not purchase the necklace there.

I returned the next day and Hannah worked on getting my pictures in the locket. The first try was good but not perfect but would have been fine. The owner looked at it and said he was not satisfied with how they looked (there was some white space showing in the pictures) and he redid the locket. It was perfect when he finished. I love it.

I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and great job. I was thrilled to have my locket completed. It is a wonderful symbol of our marriage and love and I will wear it proudly. Whenever I want to buy more Brighton jewelry I will order it from Shoe Biz.

Excellent customer service. Our sales lady was knowledgeable and friendly. My husband was actually able to order a pair of hiking boots in his size (16) after she did the research to make sure they were available.

6/8/22 update: patient assist to help my son with Down Syndrome to select options, try on and adjust for best fit. She encouraged him to purchase ONLY if he was confident.

Great selection of shoes but somewhat pricey. Knowledgeable, friendly and patient staff very willing to help me find the right shoes for my situation. Their 30 day refund policy is an added plus. Will go back again.

So professional! I have such a hard time finding shoes and the man who helped me spent at least a half hour working with me and finding the perfect shoes. I've never been able to get shoes that were both comfortable and looked nice. Obviously I couldn't exactly take advantage of the wondrous diversity of their shoes as I have unusual feet, but anyone who cares a lot about their feet and has more than the bare minimum amount to spend should come here. This is the larger of the three locations. These people know what they're doing.

Tons of great shoes to pick from. Sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and help me to find the perfect shoes to address my feet issues.

Great store! Very big selection and reasonable prices. Staff is very helpful. If you have special footwear needs this store is a great option.

The wife needed running shoes and ended up with a great pair of New Balance and then bought some shoes as well; really great service folks as well!

Best selection of shoes and much more. Was happy to find Costa sunglasses, Tervis tumblers and even popcorn to round off a fun experience.
