From the very first meeting that we had with Catherine, from Florida Fine Homes Realty, there was absolutely no doubt in my mind, that we had chosen someone that was going to represent us in the sale of my Father-in-laws home, in the best & most professional manor possible & she did NOT disappoint. She kept in constant contact with us, letting us know how each & every step of the process was going. Her contacts are incredible. We needed the home professionally cleaned & painted on the inside. She immediately reccommended a cleaning lady & painter that both did excellent jobs. The painter did such a good job, that we had him do the outside of the home also. She even put us in touch with an estate sale company because we needed to sell all of the contents of the home. Catherine was truly an agent that you could only dream of having. From start to the final closing on the home, she couldn't have been anymore professional, or thorough.
