Stacey and and Julie were amazing in their help to find me the correct frame I really appreciate their help finding ceramic Christmas tree lights online as well. It was nice and easy to find them and their help went above and beyond and was why I am leaving a great review today

Had to do a late night run into Michael’s to pick up a few items for a craft sale that I’m selling in tomorrow. A wonderful sales person by the name of Mary helped me so much! I’ve seen her in there many times, and she is always such a pleasure. Everything that I purchased today was either at a great sale price or was discounted because of a coupon. It’s always a great shopping experience there.

Went for a Christmas tree, and they didn't have it in stock, and they said come back on Thursday, they will get another shipment. My husband wanted it now and was able to go online and order it, and it was delivered the same day. I love Michael's even though they couldn't help us that day. Great customer service, very friendly. I would recommend this store.

I always enjoy a trip to Michaels. I love just to wander around and just check out the new items in the paper craft area. Any other purchase I make is just a bonus. The aisles are filled with enticing articles.

Need to find new latches for jewelry. When upon entering Michael’s I came across so much more. I then remembered I needed 1/2 inch round double side adhesive which zI also found at Michael’s. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very nice size craft store with many craft items and then some.

I have to say this Michaels store and staff are awesome. I have to add, that the gents restroom was immaculate. It even had "fresh air" scent, without being over powering

Very very happy with the framing and matting job of the two photographs my wife and I took while traveling. Left is door of St. Steven's Church in Mainz, Germany and right is a door on a home in Memphis, Egypt.
We had the photos enlarged by Fine Art America and delivered the posters to Michael's.
Many thanks to Nancy who helped put together the matting choises with the colors and Ashley who put everything together. Flawless work.

Standard Michael’s chain that had the one thing I needed before Thanksgiving. The only thing is the wait for check out was down the aisle. The customers felt like we became friends killing time until check out.

I came here a few weeks ago with my husband, we were in here for several hours and loved it. Customer service was excellent, they had a ton of Halloween items, good sales, and we even earned a $5 reward as well. Store was really clean, all employees were wearing masks, they wiped their station down and sanitized after every customer! We will be back again soon, and I highly recommend this location.

I came in later in the evening to pick up some last-minute supplies and I am incredibly impressed with this location. It was clean, well organized, there was a great selection, and the staff was incredibly friendly! The selection for yarn was amazing and I was so excited to see so many amazing pride things! I will absolutely come back to this location!

The staff were very helpful in getting a print and a map custom framed and ready for delivery just prior to Christmas.

Great service store clean and well stocked

I am not a "crafter". I usually just stop in around Thanksgiving and Christmas for silk flowers for decorating. They have a frame section which is handy.
However, they are always busy whenever I stop in. Help at checkout is efficient, friendly, knowledgeable.

Had plenty help, for assistants in store and check out. Everyone was polite and friendly. Had a very pleasant experience. Except for some reason my member number had been kicked out of the machine but the young lady put everything back in.Thank you. I highly recommend this Michael's.

Going into Michael's is always exciting. I look at all the various supplies and my artistic, creative thoughts go wild with all the possible things I can create! My recent visit there was to get supplies for my painting. I easily found gesso to prepare my canvas. I bought again a few colors needed for my painting. I also got some new, higher quality brushes. I exercised great control to only purchase the supplies needed for my painting. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is always plenty of easy parking too.

love what they have to offer in the way of there supplies. wish some areas had just a bit more. like the jewelry area and the stuff for resin and clay . but other then that the store is great. its clean and well stocked. i occasionally have trouble finding someone to ask a question to but when i do find them they are very helpful.

I buy my yarn at Michaels. The yarn is soft not scratchy
