When you buy some thing and try to return it that da me day....yes it didn't fit

Very poor customer service. My husband bought me a pair of new Nike's at lenox square mall as a birthday gift when he came home only 3.5 hours latter I tried them on they were too tight. Had the receipt called the store asked them may I bring them in the lady said yes if you have the box and receipt. Went into the store lady said cant get a refund only a store gift card or an exchange. I left went to foot locker just a few stores away ask for the store manager I explain to her what happend at lady foot locker she said yes we can put the money back on the card. Something so simple customer service lacks at this store which means poor management in training sessions.
