Amazing! Jennifer has been our realtor for around a year now, I'm a bit picky when it comes to home buying but we had been praying to God to find the right house to fit all of our needs, and we did! Jennifer is fast, reliable, and great at making your offer competitive. I could not be more pleased! Not only did I buy my dream home through Ursula & Associates, 6 months later I used them to sell my previous home. My agent, Stephanie Thompson, is the best. We spent over 1 1/2 years trying to find my "perfect home" in this tight market. She was the epitome of patience with me, knowing that I was very particular with what I was looking for. When the right house appeared on the market we pounced on it. She had an offer submitted just a couple of hours after it listed and was relentless. We beat 21 other offers and closed in just 2 weeks!
When it came time to sell my old home, she gave remodel advise which I took. Once it was ready she took care of all the listings, marketing, open house, etc. I did not have to do a thing. The house listed for just a couple of days and sold for well over asking price.
I had considered not using a realtor to save myself the commission but had I taken that route I would not now be writing this review from my dream home and my old house would not have sold for what it did. What could and would have been a disaster if I had tried it on my own ended up being quite a wonderful experience.......twice. I'm glad I took the route that I did.
