As a competitive dancer and life long athlete, I have had my share of physical therapy. For the past year, I have been dealing with sciatica issues and a bad hamstring sprain without real relief. That is until I came to see Lou. He is the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable, explains things clearly without jargon and is endlessly encouraging and entertaining. Visiting the office is like visiting family (that you like). They are delightful, competent and always helpful. I expect to be back on the circuit shortly. Thank you DelRay Care.

Amazing and extremely knowledgeable PT office - pretty much miracle workers! Having been a very athletic person my entire life, I was trying to ignore my knee issues worried someone might tell me I need surgery. It only got worse so I finally went in to see Lou. I’m amazed at how quickly the therapy worked. I’m now pain free and able to get back to the workouts I used to do. Completely changed my fitness level!

Lou Fratto and his staff at Delray Care Physical Therapy have been instrumental in helping me recover from shoulder surgery. He took me slowly through mild exercises that very gradually increased in difficulty as my shoulder healed, to increase strength and flexibility in my arm. The exercises were never painful, and just difficult enough to challenge. I believe that his one-on-one attentive care are the reason for my recovery. Thank you Lou and staff.

Lou is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and unique. His techniques are so specific to you! He treats one patient at a time, so you get his complete attention. He deals with your specific needs and doesn’t send you to a machine- he is terrific!

Lou Fratto at Delray Care Physical Therapy was instrumental in getting me back in my feet again after I experience traumatic back and hip problems. I went to a multitude of specialists, had 2 series of spinal epidurals and never got relief. My GP recommended I see Lou and within 3 visits I was standing up straight and walking with much less pain. Over the course of my therapy Lou was able to get my pain level from a 10 to a 2 and being able to walk from my car to my seats in the Amerant Arena for Panther games. I can’t thank Lou enough for his help.

Both me and my wife have both been to Delray Care Physical for PT. I cannot recommend them enough. Lou (owner) is great and really helped me with my sciatica issues that had floored me for months. My wife had a dislocated knee cap as well as an arthritic shoulder, BOTH which we were told would need surgery. Lou helped her completely regain her strength and become pain free. Lou Fratto is an excellent therapist. He has helped me recover from total knee replacement. I wasn’t able to straighten my leg at all before going there. He is also kind and fun to talk to, as you go through your treatment and exercises.

From beginning to end my experience was better than what I expected. Having gone to other physical therapists in the past, I completed my treatment and left with knowledge of how to properly continue on my own. I would not hesitate to return to Delray Care Physical Therapy for any issue in the future.

Lou Fratto is the best physical therapist that I have ever seen, by far! He is hands on and really knows his stuff. I would not go anywhere else.

After years of hobbling around, even after surgery that was supposed to fix everything I have been to numerous PT facilities, with little relief. I cannot believe the difference after working with Lou. He is the best that I have been treated by and I have had many PT. His approach is totally different from the other places I have been. I am able to do many things that I could not do prior to his program, however I still have work to do. Lou and his wife Susan are both such positive reinforcements that anyone would simply benefit from that.

I have had multiple surgeries over the past 2 years, two total knee replacements and repair of a ruptured left anterior tibialis tendon, all occurring in Maryland. While the PT I received there was good, they only focused on the knee or ankle. Her in Florida I ruptured my right anterior tibialis tendon and after surgery I was referred to Delray Care Physical Therapy, where Lou not only worked on PT of the right ankle, but he also focused on balance issues I was having, and he worked on my core. He has a holistic approach to his PT sessions. He is extremely knowledgeable and cares about his patients/clients. I highly recommend him without reservation.

In December (2021) my back and related pain was to the point I was ready for surgery, but the Lengthy recovery time just did not work for my lifestyle. My now favorite surgeon recommended Delray Care with unexpected confidence in their ability to help me. Encouraged I started therapy the beginning of the year with a goal to be able to go on a fishing trip early March. Within a week the excruciating pains were reduced by 90%, by the end of February my bags were packed, and I was able to enjoy a trip of a lifetime. Delray Care’s Therapy is truly unique. I’ve had more than my fair share of injuries and PT visits over the years, and nothing compares to Lou’s approach to healing the human body. Thank you, Delray Care!

I have suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for 4+ years and sought treatment from 3 different doctors and 2 physical therapists to no avail. Once I was evaluated by Lou Fratto, he orchestrated a plan of care that differed from the traditional treatment I had been receiving. His treatment of my condition was effective and I was finally able to heal from the inflammation in my foot. One of my goals had been to climb on of Colorado's 14,000 ft mountains and this summer I was able to achieve that goal, without pain, thanks to the competent, advanced therapy I received from Lou!

I fell and fractured my right shoulder in 4 places. After consulting with an orthopedic surgeon I had 2 choices - shoulder replacement or healing my shoulder non surgically while being treated by a physical therapist.This being my dominant shoulder made the decision very difficult. However I did my due diligence and went about getting excellent PT recommendations. I can’t begin to tell you how fortunate I am that I choose Lou Fratto at Delray Care PT. From not being able to feed myself with my dominant hand, having tremendous difficulty putting clothes on and off and difficulty showering (among other things) in just 4 weeks I am significantly improved. I continue to make amazing strides with very minimal (if any) discomfort at all. I have a few more weeks to go to get to my maximum capacity without having had any surgery.

Working with Lou has been a total feel good experience. He brings a lot to the table: extremely qualified and experienced and always thriving to learn more and more about his craft. He knew at 5 years old he wanted to be a physical therapist - ask him to tell you how this came to be if you’re fortunate enough to have him as your physical therapist. Excellent service provided by Physical Therapist, Lou Fratto! His spotless office, location and assistants are very welcoming. My neck discomfort has been increasingly getting better and better. Great advices and suggestions for overall strength and support. Very satisfied. Thank you Lou!

Ended up getting plantar fasciitis from moving & had severe foot pain & was referred to Lou who worked wonders. Foot pain greatly diminished after going to physical therapy for 6 weeks. PT really does work & I avoided having to get an injection. Susan & Laura in the office are very friendly & supportive. Highly recommend Delray Care Physical Therapy.

Well, if you seriously want to get better and have been frustrated with assembly line PT/rehab, this is the place for you! Rehabbed a meniscus with Lou and was blown away by his compassion for his patients, he really wants to help you get better and he does some next level techniques that really expedited my rehab! He is hyper focused on each patient and it really shows! Can’t say enough great things about Lou and Delray Care! Don’t look anywhere else, he will get you back to life!

Lou is amazing, a true magician, maybe even a miracle worker. I had a major back issue, which was creating a sciatic problem (could barely walk), and was about to go on vacation. Lou evaluated me, quickly honed in on the root cause and in two sessions got me back to normal and walking without pain or any discomfort. Can't thank you enough Lou!

I was in Florida for 2 months and I found Delray Care Physical Therapy. Lou Fratto worked miracles on my knee in that short time. I had total knee replacement last April and was having problems. He helped me like I could not have imagined. My only regret is that I could bring him to Chicago to practice. I have exercised my entire life along with playing golf for the past 15 years, so I certainly have some worn body parts

I am now 65 and for the past 6 months have suffered significant shoulder pain. Couldn’t reach into my back pocket, shoot a basket ball or raise my arm higher then shoulder height. Thinking my only recourse was injections or surgery I was luckily referred to Lou.

Spent approximately 10 visits with Lou and now have a Good amount of shoulder mobility restored and a-lot less shoulder pain.

Never thought working out with rubber bands (ha ha) would amount to anything for me, however Lou is the Real-Deal…. really knows his stuff.

It is because of his knowledge and therapy work that once again I can reach into my back pocket and shoot a basketball.

Not to mention he is a genuinely nice guy.
