DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE
Purchased a necklace from this place for my birthday, less than a month later the chain snapped. Went back to the counter and the man stated I’d have to pay to fix it. The necklace came back kinked and snagged in two places. The owner stated it would never lay flat again. It looks terrible and it looks like I did it myself. Spend the extra money and go to KAY jewelers or Zales right next door. Should’ve known not to buy from here based on their return policy.

I brought a set for my mom on mother’s days. The necklace popped putting it on her neck. Me and my mom then went to dinner as we walked to the table the bracelet popped. I then went to the store today and may I add the owner was as rude as they come. He basically told me I was liening and that my mom popped it ( I don’t know how she could do that walking) do not use them. I took my time out to write this review (which I never do) because I don’t want to see this happen to anyone else. No way shape or form we popped neither one. I was totally embarrassed. Customer service was no better.
