Pretty busy day here at the Taco Bell KFC. Receive fast and friendly service. Ordered the T2-- XXL burrito with the soft taco and it was burritomazing!! No rice xtra beef is the way to go!! and the F2-4 piece chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy and a biscuit. Not so good. Thin and dry.

Over the past 4 months or so there has been drastic improvement to this location. A lot of new staff, probably new management. Definitely improved greatly

I believe the girl that took my order and my payment was in training but nonetheless, she did an amazing job and I didn't have a single issue which is uncommon.

After placing my order on their indoor kiosk it took over 10 minutes for them to get started on my 3 item order. I was the only person in the restaurant. Manager upgraded my drink with an apology. Nice gesture.

Took my family. They loved it. I personally don't like taco bell. But this time was the only exception. The beefy melt i bought was worth the price. Id go back.

Customer service was amazing. There was one meter that was kind of rude. But I do believe the general manager came out and handle the situation so professionally. If he didn't do what he did I probably would never come back. The place is clean even the bathrooms! And I do believe her name was Tammy who served me and she was quite pleasant and very customer service oriented. I think the GM's name was Will. He was so professional and handling the situation. I will definitely go back because of the high management

When we walked in, this combo Taco Bell/KFC was so packed, I thought about turning around. I'm glad we didn't because these guys worked really hard to get everybody served. There had been a large KFC order just before we arrived that had them scrambling. They were so fast, we didn't have a very long wait and our order was CORRECT. The place was clean, the food was hot and made right. Really great experience.
My only complaint would be no condiments were out, sauce packets, lemon/sugar for the tea.

We travel alot from Clarke County to Hall County. This is the ONLY taco bell that gets our order right every time and the items are always put together not just thrown together. I am passionate about some Tacos and really happy with the service we get here every time!

There was this very nice gentleman on the headset and he was amazing!! I work in fast food and every time I go to another fast food place, they are rude but he was so good!!! Also there was this very nice lady doing window and she was excellent!! I really love the yellow nails!! I will definitely be back!!

For me 🍗 at KFC is the excellent fast food no one does it better

It was your average everyday taco bell day.
Nothing to rite home about. But good taco's. 🤠 Lol

Customer service was great 👍 even though on the beefy potato taco the potatos were overly crispy tuff! Like unchewable type. But I love customer service!

Typical KFC/TacoBell combo location. Missing the Cantina menu from the Bell side, not sure what might be missing from the KFC menu. No complaints.

Wow a Taco Bell and a KFC in the same page. Great idea, the whole family can eat at one place. Great taco and chicken wings too. Loved it!

I love the $5 box meals that they have, and they switch them up which is always a good thing! And it is just the right portion!

Love that this location has both Taco Bell and KFC!! Inside is closed, so have to use drive thru.

I came and ordered a $5 box and it was nice and warm the lettuce tasted very fresh. Id eat here again.

Super fast drive thru... and I ordered enough to feed 6 folks! Amazing!

While they were out of salsa and several other ingredients, they were very kind and it is apparent this is a reflection of their management and not at all any of the people working here.
