Days Inn by Wyndham Pensacola - Historic Downtown

The cleanliness, service, and location are the shining stars of this place. I usually get a smoking room, because it's easier to get one with a king bed at most places. You could not tell the place had ever been smoked in. I appreciate the white bed dressings so that you know that bed is clean, without a doubt. The bathroom was clean, and smelled fresh, unlike some places in this price range. The building is a little older, but I don't mind that, some people do. It looks like they are investing in some freshening up, so that's great.

The thing I enjoy about the location is that it's a few minutes walk from downtown, you simply park at the hotel, and the entire entertainment district is at your fingertips, but It's far enough away that all the hustle and bustle won't keep you up, if you're trying to rest.

The staff is VERY friendly, the ladies took care of everything I needed, and they'll even send you a text so you can text down for anything you might need. What other hotel in this price range does that? People are the key to a good business, and they have great folks here to take care of you.

Pretty clean room, hot clean water, comfortable beds, quiet, nice people. The only negative thing is it’s on a hill, which made it hard for us because we had a trailer. But lots of parking so we were good!

Excellent service. The parking lot is odd and the office is hard to get out of, but the rooms are nice, comfortable (good pillows) and mostly well sound-proofed (unless there is, say, a group of rowdy army brats in the room next door intent on trying to knock the place down).

Reasonably priced hotel a short walk from places on Palafox. Our room was clean, quiet and they allow dogs for $20.

Nice clean updated room ..great service gave us a bag of snacks ..good breakfast too..we'd come back!

Me and my family stayed a couple of nights after a long travel and it was very nice! The beach is within 15 min. Drive time, convenient stores and shopping areas close. Overall very friendly staff and most importantly it was clean! 😊👍

As I have back & knee issues, I got a 1st floor room with parking in front door , kudos to the front desk
The room itself was very nice, exceeds the star rating. However, I had no shower curtain , plus a coffee pot with soapy water was left on the counter. After my shower, I used up the towels to mop up . Called front desk , delivered curtain , towels, in a short time frame . The customer service is excellent at this property and would stay here in the near future. Many thanks to all team members. Regards. MT

Super clean! 100% worth every penny. We stayed in room 258 and not one part of the hotel room was questionable. Super nice staff and a nice breakfast in the morning. Would stay again for sure.

Stopped by this beautiful place for a business trip. The views were beautiful, The room was very clean. Small but beautiful. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Definitely will come back for a family vacation and stay here. Service was great as well. Thank you !

This was the room by far we stayed in Pensacola. I felt most comfortable at this hotel. I was in the office and out very quickly. Yes I was skeptical because I never stayed here. The rooms have been updated. It was a good experience. I'll definitely be staying here when we come back.

Awesome staff, newly remodeled rooms, great location, Huge TV, nice microwave & fridge, comfy beds, and very cool AC! Everything you need for your trip to Pensacola. Didn't get a chance to try the pool on account of the weather. My Only complaint was the vanity light next to the bathroom turned itself on multiple times during the night and since I'm a light sleeper it woke me up. Will bring a sleeping mask next time.

Toilet/bathroom not that big and a bit old, but it's clean though you can see some "weary" mark just for being old. Toilet sit cover-may need replacement, its a bit loose.
they have typical shampoo/conditioner & soap supply. We requested toothpaste & shaving cream that we missed while packing up- front desk provided for free. I guess you just need to ask the front desk should you need something.
Over all its just fine, not that cozy but decent enough. Wifi is good

This is an excellent place to stay for downtown P-cola. Only a 5-10min walk from the best food, drinks, and nightlife scene. The location and price is what really gives this hotel an edge. The staff is excellent and got our room ready much earlier than the check-in time. Don't believe the negative reviews, this is an ideal stay for visiting families and couples.

Pleasant staff, quiet location, about 15 minutes from the beach. The hotels in Pensacola are very high, but that’s to be expected in popular vacation spots.

It’s a good place to stay. The staff was super nice. There was a mix up on my reservation and I needed two beds instead of one, both staff members called numerous hotels trying to get us a place but couldn’t. Fortunately a cancellation came in and we got switched. The room itself was good, nice plank flooring, newer beds and nice decor, bathroom was a little rough but it was fine. The location is tremendous! Right down the road from downtown Pensacola and many restaurants and shops and nightlife. Also close to access to the bay bridge to take you to the beach, but it’s also close to interstate to take you anywhere throughout Pensacola. Pool area is pretty at night. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for PensaCon, the staff there were so kind and accomodating. I asked if I could keep my Dalek in the lobby for Thursday night since I didn't make it in time to get him to the convention that night and I didn't want the humidity from the thick fog to ruin the electronics. The gentleman at the desk let me keep him by the stairway they weren't using and I picked him up the following morning. Before putting him up for the night I did get some stunning photos of my Dalek as well around the hotel grounds.
