It has been almost 25 years since Stuart Young handles our bankruptcy. Everything went so smooth. He totally did right by us. Recently I have been contacted by a person claiming to be from Gold financial company. She’s threatened if I didn’t pay $500, then I would be accountable for 3500. After becoming a senior citizen with several health problems, I found myself in serious credit card debt. I decided to hire a debt settlement firm to help me get out of debt. After eight month the firm turned out to be a fraud so I fired them. I decided to file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I searched the internet for days looking for a reputable firm. I chose the Law Offices of Young & Brooks and I am so glad I did. Attorney Young and his legal assistant (Katherine Cedano) diligently worked with me to file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. The Trustee assigned to the case decided that my case should be converted to Chapter 13 and motioned the court to dismiss the case. Attorney Young submitted a very effective response to the court. Subsequently the Judge ruled in my favor which allowed my Chapter 7 case to proceed. In my opinion attorney Young and his assistant (Katherine Cedano) did a very effective and professional job representing me and I would recommend them very highly.

Mr. Young is the best! I was dealing with some legal issues and I called around speaking to multiple attorneys. Most of the offices I called didn’t have the happiest people working there.
