I have bought 2 systems from them

Stay away from these clowns. We have been using them for over 4 years to service our unit. Then our daughter needed a new unit and these clowns installed the new unit without getting the proper permit. Then started crying when we refused to pay the 40% balance owed. ALSO they shut down their office and now work from their home, this should have been my first clue! 2nd clue...when I went to their house to drop off the deposit they did answer the door. When I called them they said they thought I was someone else. My guess is they are expecting to be served court papers. It has now been a month since they installed it without a permit. To be clear I am not worried about the installation, the system works fine, the city and their stupid regulations is the real problem. This post will come down after this issues is resolved.

They installed a new A/C system and from the beginning, they couldn’t fix a refrigerant leak. Then the claimed it was outside the 1yr repair warranty time period.

That’s because I gave you time to repair it and you failed.
