After getting bids from 5 different companies, we choose Triumph Property Services to replace the roofs of our 3 rental properties, and I am so glad we did. The process was seamless, in large part to Leo and his great communication. If I had a question or concern, Leo responded in a timely manner. He was pleasant and easy to work with. The roof of the last house was completed today and i have already recommended this company to several other people. And, should we need roof work done in the future, there is no question that I will call Leo at Triumph Property Services.

The Triumph team performed a mold remediation and a large kitchen/interior remodel at my house. David Vega was my project manager and we used his design drawings. It was amazing how he took the entire project from conception to reality. Triumph basically rebuilt most of my interior with modern finishes that probably increased its value by over 150k. They designed and installed a custom range hood that allows me to grill indoors, and the decorative tile backsplash is gorgeous. They took a lot of time communicating and supervising all the workers, their project management team was worth the extra cost. I couldn’t be happier.

Calvin Sanelli is the project manager for the roofs in my development. My roof required some extra attention and right from the beginning, Calvin was helpful, prompt, and efficient with getting what needed to be taken care of accomplished. I would highly recommend contacting Calvin if you have any questions or concerns regarding your roofing project. He follows through and is consistent with keeping in contact when necessary. The entire crew has been polite and hard-working. I would highly recommend Triumph Property Services!

I highly recommend using Triumph Property Services for any home project. They were very responsive to any emails/texts. The team was very hardworking and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. Leo was very understanding and made sure that the job was completed to our satisfaction.

The team of men working was so clean, quiet, they were all dressed in uniform, and they swept up and cleaned everything. They are hard workers and I was extremely impressed with the job. My Triumph experience was with an insurance claim for a roof repair and water damage restoration. Throughout the project, the team was timely, professional, and had numerous contractors/experts on the team for whatever we needed whether that was engineers for damage estimates, lawyers to deal w/ the insurance companies, or contractors who were clearly experts in what they do - everyone worked together flawlessly.

When we kicked off the actual roof/restoration work, they assigned a project manager, Leo, who was timely and communicative w/ me on status, issues, updates. He answered all my questions (and I have alot!) and always left me pleased w/ our interactions. Anytime there was an issue, he got right on it looking for a solution. He kept the contractors busy and if there was an issue or a roadblock he immediately found a way to solve it, up to sending other contractors out to finish whatever work needed to be done.

I am extremely pleased w/ the work and results of the work that the whole Triumph team performed for me on my house and would without a doubt recommend them for any construction work/restoration projects (mine happened to be a new roof, water damage in the garage/ceiling, and some interior painting)!

We had Triumph install our new roof. We were extremely happy with their work. Subsequent to the installation we had a problem with one part of the roof. We developed a slow leak that dripped on to our patio and left a stain. I contacted Triumph and Calvin came out and fixed the problem to our satisfaction.

Our residential renovation project required from Triumph incredible patience, trust, reliability without sacrificing quality of work, bc no family member lived in the area and most every decision was decided remotely! Our project mgr., Dave Vega, possesses all those skills, and then some. Our place is beautiful, completed without hassles and subcontractor excuses. Dave Vega at Triumph is a God-send!

Roof replaced at a Villa in Delray. The company worked very well with the Homeowners & the HOA. Installation was rapid and neat. Was provided very personalized service. Cleaned up and painted fascia after installation. Calvin, the installation supervisor was very communicative throughout the entire process going above and beyond. Highly recommend.

We suffered major damage to our home in 2022 with Hurricane Ian. Within two weeks we contracted with Triumph to get our roof replaced. Here we are over a year later and our roof has finally been replaced. (Delay was not due to efforts by Triumph. It's the insurance process after a major storm.)

We still have some more work that needs to be completed. However, I have to point to the unyielding work of Jodie Bocchino. Throughout this past year she has never ducked a call, has responded to every e-mail, and has followed through on every commitment. These are exceptional qualities to find an employee of a contractor.

As you weigh your decision to move forward with Triumph, please consider her work ethic as an indication of the culture they embrace.

I am posting for Carolyn Star as she cannot do it herself: Unfortunately, I have a leak in my home and called Triumph because in the past 3 years that I've lived here, Joseph always took care of me. Last week, I met Leo. What a high energy, get things done, guy he is! He takes his job very seriously. What I liked so much about him was that he seemed so concerned about me. Just an all around nice human being, which I'm not used to seeing in the world any longer. We had a few loose shingles on our roof that needed repair. Leo came over same day we called to check out the situation. 2 days later workers came to repair roof. Very happy with the quick service. Working with Leo was easy, very nice guy.
