I have lived in several states and have learned to dread visits to the DMV. However, this location has completely changed my mind. The wait was less than 5 minutes total and the workers were incredibly helpful and seemed to have very pleasant attitudes.

This is the spot right here! I've been here a couple of times now and I'm impressed every time. It took me longer to drive there than to have my license renewed. 10 mins and I was out of the door. They also let me smile in my photo and I have had other places tell me that I can't. It's actually cute this time. Yay.

The best DDS ever! Lots of parking, lots of seating, super friendly customer service, and it was practically empty/no wait at 1pm on a Wednesday!

(Keanna (sp?) at the front desk and Caitlyn (sp?) at window 10 were absolutely lovely, friendly, helpful…all of it, fantastic!

Everything moved along quite quickly, and we were not there very long at all. Everyone was very nice, very considerate and respectful. The building was nice and clean. If you have to visit the DMV, it couldn't have been much better.

I am super impressed by how quick & efficient the staff is! By far the quickest turn around.. keep up the great work!

The staff is friendly. They are fast. The man with the glasses at booth 11 on 08/04/23 was great. This whole office needs recognition and maybe teach other DMVS to follow there systems

Went in to get a license transfer. Everyone was super helpful and the process was super smooth! Just make sure you bring the proper documents so you dont have to make two trips.

I was honestly surprised by how great this place was. It wasn’t like any other DMV experience I’ve had. The staff were professional, friendly, actually helpful, and treat you like a human being. The best bonus is the wait hasn’t been long any time I’ve gone and have even been in and out within an hour!

The staff here was great. The gentleman assisting with check in helped make sure I had the correct paperwork. The lady who completed my packet was polite and professional. I was there about 10 minutes from start to finish.

Went to this DDS twice! First for my permit and second for my road test. Both experiences were great. The employees are very friendly, especially the older white gentleman. For my road test I was surprised to find out that the instructor doesn't ride with you in the vehicle. They installed a camera in my car and gave directions to me over my phone during the road test. Road test was very simple and quick.

By far the most efficient, friendly, clean, and fast DMV I’ve ever experienced. What a breath of fresh air. The employees were extremely professional and polite.

I think the longest time I have spent in the Columbus DDS is maybe 20 mins at the most. Workers are great..And at least for me always friendly.

Everyone was super helpful. I didn't have the common paperwork to get a new license because my car had been broken into. They explained every step very clearly and never acted annoyed (even with 4 very loud rambunctious kids in tow) they were kind, helpful and absolutely what my stressed out self needed for the morning. I spent more time fixing my own unpreparedness than I did inside of the DMV. The lady at the front desk helped me get everything set up the way I needed to, and then as soon as my ticket printed I was called up. They broke the common myth about the DMV. I went at 8:05 on a Friday morning

In and out in less than 30 min. Very nice and helpful employees. Changed my address and renewed my license. It was $5.00 more than doing it on line, but I'm road kill on the super information highway. 😂

GA Department of Driver License in Midland has some very customer friendly employees. The young lady at the front desk did an awesome job! I didn't catch her name. She is very knowledgeable, customer friendly, and did her best to get you in and out. The place is clean and well maintained. It was a great experience not to be in a DMV or DDL all day.
