Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center

Prices are way better than the other Columbus locations. Store employees are always pleasant. The bathrooms are always clean and the store is always organized. I enjoy This store greatly.

Kind and helpful staff, well organized, good selection. This is a great place to pick up 2nd hand kids toys (kids don't wear things out, they just outgrow things), books. Scooters and bikes for young children are very often in and out of stock, would advise checking back frequently if the parents are looking for something specific.

very customer friendly, a lot of really nice things . Shoes almost looked new .best part they sized the clothing . Found too many things I liked ,had to pace myself . I will return .

I love this location. The building was so clean both inside and out I thought for sure they recently opened. I have visited a couple times since moving here last month - already found a couch with pillows and end table in fantastic condition for only $40! The clothing I’ve found has been in great shape and fairly priced as well. Their staff is awesome! Very friendly. I’ll be back for as long as we are stationed at Ft. Benning.

Got these beauties for my white Christmas tree. Great customer service. They check your temperature before you go in but dont harp on you about wearing a mask

Although I didn't buy anything this time, the store had lots of treasures, it was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Today, I found some really cool stuff and some of my treasures were Red-tagged and 1/2 price.6/29/22 Today the store had a lot of nice unusual items: furniture, drapes, pictures and even a really beautiful wedding dress. You'll have fun shopping here even if you don't find a treasure.7/29/22 Today I found lots of treasures, for good prices. There was furniture, toys, books, home wares, and clothes. If you are searching for a bargain, this is where you need to start. 9/30/22 They have a lot of things for the home, clothing, and even Christmas decorations. Check them out! 11/30/22. Tis the Season! Goodwill has lots of nice Christmas decorations for the home and yard at good prices. Check them out and do it up right. 5/31/23 The store looked great. Excellent staff always happy making me feel like famiy. Best Goodwill store ever with great finds. Travel all over US for work this store as good as the one in West Palm Beach.

Angely and Latosiha are incredible! They’re hands down the best employees I’ve ever encountered at a Goodwill. My friend and I came in kinda late one night and they didn’t rush us or make us feel unwelcome... they were so friendly and kind!!! I’ve never had an employee actually hold a conversation with us but both of these ladies did!! Goodwill these two employees are a huge asset to your company please acknowledge their hard work!!!

If you like to save a little money then you really need to shop this store. You never know what you may see from yesteryears music, games or books. To top name brand like new clothes, housewares or electronics. Kids toys, jewelery and so much more. If you need to you can make a return for store credit. Stop buy and support a good community involvement store.

Great place to donate unwanted but still good items.

I love this Goodwill. They always have great things, and you cannot beat the prices! They even just recently got new card machines so you can run the card yourself. I definitely recommend stopping by!

It's one of the nicest Goodwill's around town. Everyone is friendly. This store has some of the nicest things from all the other stores.

They have great items..it is a hint or miss place depending on what your looking for. But overall decent prices for used items.
