Smallcakes Woodstock

We used small cakes for our wedding cake. It was an “elegant carnival” themed wedding and they nailed the design. During our tasting she sat with us to plan tier by tier exactly what we would love. Not only is it a work of art, but it was delicious. Multiple people told me it was the best wedding cake they had, and were surprised because it’s hard to find a cake that looks cute AND taste good.

Love these cupcakes. Definitely worth the drive. They have so many varieties and the ones I’ve tried always taste amazing. Plus they are super pretty. My family looks stopping by to take some cupcakes home on special occasions

I had a great experience with small cakes. I just gave birth to my newborn 3 weeks before my daughters 10th birthday and time kinda got away from me. So at the last minute I was scrambling trying to make sure she had a memorable day but I forgot all about cake. That is until about 2 days before her party. I was calling all around the city to get a cake made in a days notice. Small cakes promptly let me know they could do it and I was a wreck because my kids are really picky when it comes to cake and we have had some very interesting cake stories over the years. I’ve never been to this bakery before although I’ve always eyeballed it while passing by. I was able to describe what I wanted and I was able to pay over the phone which was also great because I couldn’t go pick it up. When my fiancé arrived with this cake I was in love! It was the most beautiful cake and it was exactly what my daughter wanted. I added decorations to it and sadly I didn’t get a picture before but this cake was so gorgeous, I didn’t want to cut it. I was still nervous about how it would taste especially because it was so heavy. I thought it would be dense and unappetizing but it was incredibly moist to my surprise and the buttercream was sooo good. Especially the chocolate and I don’t even like chocolate frosting that much. All of the guest enjoyed it so much. I was very satisfied and I’ll probably be back for cupcakes soon!

I’ve had about 3 cakes made here in the last 3 months and I cannot say enough good things about them! Their cakes are very fair priced and beautiful. These people are very talented and they even saved my butt when I forgot to put an order in for my daughters 5th birthday. They still took my order with less than 24 hours notice! I love getting their cupcakes as gifts for teachers, babysitters, dance instructors etc, you really can’t go wrong there. Only been in town for about 8 months but they have definitely earned life long customers!!

Well, who knew they also do big cakes! Grace made this experience outstanding. She was so very patient and accomodating to the stressed out mother of the bride! Of course, the cake was delicious and all the guests wanted to know who made it. Absolutely will use again.

The wedding cupcakes were a huge hit. Everyone talked about how great they were. And everyone asked what was the flavor. Thank you for help making my son’s wedding shower special.

This bakery went above and beyond for my granddaughter. They found out the day before that we needed vegan and dairy free cup cakes for my granddaughter's first birthday. She is anaphylactic to several things to include milk. They got them done. They are beautiful and delicious! Job well done! I thank you fron the bottom of my heart. P.S. You kept my son-in-law from getting killed 🤣🤣🤣🤣.

Neal at Smallcakes was amazing. She was super friendly and helpful and made the cupcakes I chose for my sister's birthday even more special with the packaging. The cupcakes were fresh and delicious. No question I will be back often.

Smallcakes always comes through and provides a top tier experience for us. I've ordered four full size birthday cakes, and they've always been available on reasonable notice, friendly and helpful, and delivered on time. They've also always been absolutely delicious. The flavors really sing, and aren't just buried underneath tons of sugar. The decorations are always exactly correct and tasteful. I expect we'll be buying many more tasty treats from Smallcakes in the future!

I cannot speak highly enough about this incredible bakery!!! The staff was so helpful and offered amazing suggestions!!! We ended up ordering a gluten free 10 in naked wedding cake flavored cake for a 50th birthday party. It was perfect and elegant and the hit of the party!!! Both the cupcakes and staff are amazing here!! I don’t usually leave reviews, but one of the employees went above and beyond today. I was having a tough time getting to the store before they closed to get cupcakes I ordered for my moms birthday, I have a 10 month old and timing doesn’t always go as planned. I called the store thinking I would just have to get them the next morning, and instead the girl I spoke to kept the registers open for me 20 minutes past closing time - and even personalized the cupcakes with happy birthday picks in my mom’s favorite color. I didn’t catch her name, but she was the one who closed the night of 2/10/23. Thank you so much!! Plus the cupcakes are always delicious!

I absolute MUST ... RAVE about Smallcakes Cupcakery Woodstock.

I have Celiac disease and am HIGHLY sensitive to gluten consumption; unfortunately experience a considerable amount of painful ot otherwise uncomfortable symptoms after even minor accidental consumption.

I had to state that because it is difficult to find a bakery that does not have cross contamination (gluten gets into food due to prep in same area) at the very least. This cupcake shop has it all and more.

Truly no gluten but one of the biggest sticking points for me is gluten-free baked goods, while good for sure, are always just "different" in flavor and especially density/texture. However, these cupcakes are PERFECT in every way and I am not exaggerating.

I cannot boast enough about how fantastic these cupcakes are. Customer forever.

My son has an egg allergy, and we had an opportunity to try their vegan cake (egg-free) and we loved it! We ended up ordering a vegan smash cake for his birthday party, and two other regular cakes for the rest of the guests. The cakes were completed exactly as I ordered them, and our guests raved about how delicious they were. I love the cupcakes here, but if you can believe it, the cakes are even better. We will definitely be ordering from Smallcakes again for another special occasion.

Cupcakes are always delicious! I've purchased birthday, wedding, hot fudge sundae, and regular and gluten-free red velvet. The cupcakes are constiently moist. Love the store set up as well. Grubhub is a delivery option, with fast delivery. Highly recommend!

First time trying them for my husband's 50th birthday party. Ordering was easy. I got the mini cupcakes and six different flavors!! They were a hit!!! The guests were trying four to five different ones because they were so good!!! I will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!
