One of the most professional places I took my clothing to. The staff was friendly and the service provided was amazing they were able to remove old stains I thought would ever come out. Amazing head dry cleaner. He made something that had many issues, and made it look brand new again. Also, very nice and personable staff. Recommend anyone to use this new found Dry cleaners. Thank you to everyone there. High Point location.

Clean and well turned out clothes, cheap prices, extremely polite service... I'm trying hard to understand the reason for low ratings, especially the one complaining for having to pay twice - isn't why receipts are used?? It makes no sense whatsoever so I guess some people just can't be pleased no matter what.

People here are very nice and that is way I left my dress for a mayor alteration. I was very disappointed with it. I don't think the person that does the alterations have experience. I ended up taking my dress to someone else and they had to re-do it thankfully someone else could fix it but I paid twice for trusting Point Cleaners.

This cleaner held no accountability after destroying the buttons on my dress. They did not protect the buttons as they were supposed to during the cleaning process thereby, tarnishing them. They then kept my dress for months, with the staff at the front advising me that they will do their best to replace the buttons. Months passed and nothing happened. Nor did the owner ever respond to my requests or try to call to rectify their mistake or reimburse me for the cost of the dress as I now have to replace it. 0 integrity.

Beware! This cleaners ruined my expensive cocktail dress & did not want to reimburse me for the cost of the dress!! I have only worn this dress one time and I dropped it off to be dry cleaned. I was told it would be ready in one week. When I went to pick it up, I was told that it was not ready yet because they have been busy. Later I receive a phone call with the confession that they damaged my dress. They still have my dress and the owner does not feel that they are responsible. Horrible!

I was required to pay for cleaning in advance and when it could not be found the statement on the receipt stated that cleaner would not be responsible for items left over 30 days. I had forgotten about this item but if you have to pay for cleaning in advance the establishment should be responsible for the garment. This is unacceptable and I expect reimbursement for the item that has been lost.

I started coming here a year ago and had no issues. Today brought back my husbands tux jacket that had been dry cleaned, when my husband went to put it away he noticed white marks on the shoulder. I brought back to be redone and they accused my husband of wearing saying it smelled. Lol are you kidding me I’m not going to try to get a Free cleaning. Not to mention she was rude! So guess I’ll be looking for a new ace and I will have to get it redone elsewhere.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Pointed out a stain on a shirt she wanted to charge twice the price to clean the shirt because of this.what should I do bring them clean stuff to clean.other cleaner up atlantic did nice job would recommend them to anyone who asks. Nobody should go to those thieves. F point cleaners I tell everyone this story.

I agree with all the honest negative statements here. They ruined my $125 shirt as well and took not the least not of responsibility. The tatoo (yech)covered blond couldn't have been ruder or nastier. If you read the other comments you will see a trend of the same responses from other dissatisfied customers as well as the same nasty responses from ms. tatoo.
You go there, you're on your own. Beware. Can't wait to see her nasty response to me. Lol

Dropped off 12 items as my husband was starting a new job. Wasn't ready for 3 weeks, after going there a number of times. She called me for the next two weeks, when i answered she said she gave me other people's shirts?! I found one and returned it, and she told me to bring them All back cuz there were more shirts that were wrong.And she was holding my shirt hostage. I told her I wasnt bringing them, and this escalated to her telling me I was robbing them. And who the Eff brings 13 items?! Then she started Screaming that i was a White and chased me out of the store. Literally was a Nightmare. Unprofessional Trash. Stay Far Away

This place deserves less than a 1 star rating. The service that they offer is probably the worst that I have ever received from any other place. In addition to that, the receptionist is not well mannered. She has no clue on how to respond to a customer's complaint. She is very rude. I would not refer that place to anybody.
