My boyfriend surprised me with a Valentine's date to see the Palafox String Quartet perform here! What an amazing experience. The church is beautiful, and there was no wait to go inside since he booked the first showing of the night. We walked up a staircase filled with candles, and got to hear a beautiful performance in comfortable church pews. Afterwards, the historical building next door was giving out hot chocolate. We sat in rocking chairs on the porch and listened to the jazz festival going on a block down on Palafox. A perfect night. I'll be checking out other events at this location!

The Japanese New Year's celebration was fantastic!

It's not a bad place to go to. We just happened to be here because of a venue we saw that was held for the Japanese New Year Celebration. It is not a big place but just right to have what it is intended use for that event that was held. I think they should have it at a bigger place next time. What was cool they had a balcony type where people could watch as well.
