I have purchased most of my furniture from Farmers and always satisfied. The only problem I had with this last purchase the delivery man left plastic on the back of my heater lol. I didn’t know until I turned it on oops but no damage keep up the good work team.

It's been awhile since I have received the customer service like I received when I went to shop at Farmer's. I had everything I needed in about 2hrs including delivery. Although there was an unknown hiccup afterwards, the store manager made it his duty to come out and fix the problem. I am highly impressed with this team and I highly recommend! James was awesome as well!

I would like to say that I came close to writing farmers furniture off. I bought a living room set from them middle of May 2019 and had trouble out of the couch they replaced it still had some issues they replaced it with a love seat per my request and then my recliner broke I kept having to put the spring back on myself again and again. I called the store never could get anyone to help me always got the runaround or the part has not come in or something for an excuse each time. I called back about two weeks later to find out the part was there the entire time. They said they would call me to set up a time for a service technician to come. Nobody ever called. That’s when a sales associate said I needed to speak with there new store manager Mr. Tori Jones. I was close to calling corporate to complain. I want to say that after speaking with Mr. Torre Jones I have a complete new respect for Farmers Furniture he has completely turned the store around to wear now they are my favorite. He told me that he would swap my recliner out told me the date that it would be there. It came in when he said it would they set it up and it works perfect no more complaints. Thank you again Mr. Tory Jones. This is a very kind and friendly manager that will meet the customers needs. When he says he will do something he will do it. He turned a very bad experience into future purchases from me. Thank you again Mr. Tori Jones.
