Winn-Dixie

My visit was to drop off my prescription that I've not been able to get filled anywhere else due to a backorder on this particular med. Well, low-and-behold they had it and even more helpful, the discount I received was awesome considering the fact that I don't have insurance. Also the pharmacists were helpful and professional and unlike every other pharmacy it only took them 15-20 minutes tops to fill the order. Great job and I will be happy to recommend Winn-Dixie on Macon Road in Columbus, GA. to anyone who might ask

I loved it because I was growing up when Winn-Dixie close around my place but they closed down a long time ago 😭

I mainly use winn Dixie for the pharmacy everyone there is awesome . But I love going and seeing my friend Ms. Linda a cashier there she is so sweet

A great grocery store, good selection, and knowledgeable staff. 4/6/23 Today the staff met me smiling and offering to show me where the things on my list were located. 01/23/24 The store was clean and well stocked. I found many bargains. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Pay attention to their weekly ads vs their weekend deals (usually a yellow highlighted column, in their ads). They always have great deals & I have no complaints about the freshness nor quality of their meats & seafood

Now this is the only grocery store that I will buy meat and seafood. It's cost efficient, clean, and the shelves are plentiful and stocked. The staff are friendly and customer service oriented. The meat is fresh as well as the seafood. You can't beat the weekend sales..the prices are extra affordable Friday thru Sunday.

I had the VERY BEST EXPERIENCE EVER...
The young man in seafood went above and beyond.... he made my day 😃 he gave me a reason to keep believing in my fellow man.
He was kind, awesome, funny and very knowledgeable of his department.

Winn Dixie has been around a very long time. They have updated our local stores and I'm glad. They have great weekly sales. Winn Dixie is the only store that I can find my favorite ice cream, which is Ben and Jerry's Everything but the.

Went looking for an obscure cooking ingredient and they had it. Unbelievable.

The Deli workers were very accommodating to me. They offered to cook fresh catfish for me when they saw I was disappointed they were out by the time I got there. Never got this good customer service at the Veteran's Parkway store. They even told me I could call ahead to special order so it would be waiting for me when I came.
Should have been going to this store all along instead of dealing with the traffic at the other store then have the Deli staff look at me like "oh well" when they tell me they're out of catfish.

I left my wallet in a grocery cart accidently last night and went back the next morning to see if it had been turned in. it was sitting right there in the lost/found box. whoever was working around 530pm on 3/13/23 and around 815am on 3/14/23, yall are awesome! you saved me a boatload of headache and worry! thanks so much!!!

Clean, veggie and fruits are fresh. You don't have to check your receipt (ex. price 1.20 at the register rings 2.00). I have to always check my receipt at WALMART!!!! ALWAYS! Lines move pretty quickly. I love their sales, especially on the can goods.

This Winn Dixie on Macon Rd is so much better than the one on Veterans Parkway! There is no comparison! The store is clean, very friendly staff with a very nice manager Mr Short! All employees wear mask as required by Winn Dixie Corporate! I have to go a little further to get to this store but is worth it since Veterans Parkway Winn Dixie is awful! Very bad management on Veterans Parkway and it shows. Employees and manager on Veterans Parkway do not wear a mask even though it is required by the Winn Dixie Corporation and the store is dirty! DON'T GO TO VETERANS PARKWAY WINN DIXIE! GO TO MACON RD WINN DIXIE IT IS SO MUCH BETTER!

This Winn Dixie is near where we live. They always have everything I need, particularly in the pet aisle. There is another grocery chain nearby, but they have been known to not have everything and their parking is a bit of a nightmare. I'd also like to say, how very clean this Winn Dixie store is. It is recently renovated. Also, how friendly the staff are.

Kim, Jermany, and Matthew in the seafood department are AWESOME!!! They are always so kind, and ready to help. I have been coming here for at least a year and I've never witnessed a bad day. Thank you guys so much for your amazing customer service!!!

I picked up my medication and got my dinner from the deli. They always have good and fresh food. I ordered mac n cheese, green beans and baked chicken. The food tastes like it's homemade

Haven't shopped at a Winn-Dixie in years. We just moved to the area. This store was clean and well stocked. Our cashier Demetrius (sp) was so friendly and helpful. This will definitely become our neighborhood store.
