I always leave feeling confident with their work and have the peace of mind that my car was in good hands. I brought My 2009 Nissan Pathfinder in at around or on December 1st 2023. My vehicle had been stalling at stop lights, not starting etc. Had several people look at it and quotes to fix ranged from $900 - $1,200.00 with various opinions of what the issue was.

Guess what? Through a friend, I was sent Jordan's shop number, called, Took it in and by the end of that weekend, I had My vehicle back, running and the Cost? $169.00.

I will say this, in these days and times, it is virtually "IMPOSSIBLE" to find an Honest and Professional Auto Repair shop much less Mechanic.

I was told what I needed to Fix NOW, They recommended upcoming fixes for the future. No pressure, No upselling, Just great work, honesty and attention to detail. Took Me while to find time to write this Review, but, It is something I definitely had to do. Keep up the great work guys, word of mouth is spreading about your integrity and professional services.

I came in needing a severe alignment and other work that practically made my car a death-mobile.

At first, I was told that the shop was too busy and may be unable to help me at that time because there was not enough technicians/mechanics in.

I asked if my car would be safe to drive to work (45 minutes away) and after a quick assessment, Jordan was able to conclude that the car was not in driving condition and required immediate attention.

He called a neighboring store and within 15 minutes another mechanic was on the scene fixing my car.

The care, consideration and determination are what we need more of in customer service.

In no way shape or form did I feel "sold" or "had" as many women often do when leaving the mechanic.

Excellent service, as always. Paul, the new manager, is kind, patient, gives thorough explanations, and provides accurate quotes on work as well as timeframe. My final bill was actually a bit less than I had anticipated and my car was ready a day early. My car is driving like a dream again, thanks to the expertise of C & T's mechanics. Best mechanic! I’ve gone to this location and the main street location. Both locations were honest, charged a fair price, and finished the work in a good time frame. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic in this area, so I’m really glad that I found them. Also, Jordan specifically was super polite and helpful! Give that man a raise lol!!

For many years I've relied on C and T for all my automotive repair needs, so that's where I brought my vehicle when I recently had a flat tire. Jordan, the service manager, was able to get my vehicle into the repair queue much faster than I expected, considering it was just before the holiday weekend and there were many other cars ahead of me. Though my tire couldn't be repaired, Jorden quickly called me to let me know the replacement cost and that my car would be ready in plenty of time for the weekend. I was also given a comprehensive and very competitive quote for additional repairs that I know will need to be done in the near future. I'll definitely bring my car back to C and T for this work as I trust the quality of their work, the fairness of their prices, and the efficient, courteous, and professional service I always receive.

Driving home and my alternator went out. Had car towed to C & T on Thitsday evening and it was repaired by 2:00 pm om Friday and I could drive to work without paying someone.

If you’re in the Acworth or Woodstock area, this is where you should go if you need help with your vehicle. My neighbor who has lived in the area all of his life referred me to them. I recently went there to have some brake rotors turned (most don’t do that any more) and my experience was excellent. They seem to be good, honest people who provide a great service for a reasonable price. Unfortunately not so common these days.

Due to the extent of the repair needed, C&T could not do it for me. However, I can't stress enough how much I trust them for their honesty and ability to do most repairs I have taken to them in the past. If you want excellent work done on your vehicle at a fair price, they are the place. They will not try and upsell you to do stuff you don't need.

The only shop i have trusted for 10 years.
Grandma can come here. Knowledgeable mechanics, fair pricing and quick turnaround.

I spent 40 years in the automotive parts field and have dealt with hundreds of automotive repair facilities.
Unfortunately, I can report that it is difficult to find a "trustworthy" repair shop nowadays.
In my dealings with Jordan at C & T, I perceived a professionalism, experience, automotive knowledge, and trustworthiness, that doesn't seem to exist much any longer.
My truck was serviced thoroughly, and issues were brought to my attention, without the pressure and intimidation some shops utilize.
A good friend recommended C & T, and I am very pleased he did. A+

10/10 experience. Helped me get my Chevy Impala back running right and ready for its emissions test. More than fair price as well, definitely recommend this shop to anyone in woodstock.

This is my place for auto repair for over 10 years. They are honest and will honestly tell you whether you should or shouldn't bother fixing it according to your needs. They will tell you when the cheaper option is the best solution vs others (and why you might want the other options just in case). They also think outside the box to get your vehicle going again.

I found them when I was seeking a second opinion on whether I needed $1000+ worth of brake repair. The answer was no, it's perfectly fine (at most it might need new fluid).

My regret that I should have written this review way before now.

C and T Auto was able to get me in quickly and complete the work on my car at a fraction of the cost I was quoted at another business. Jordan was amazing to work with and now my car runs great. These guys are legitimately THE BEST!

I have used C&T many times over the past several years.
They have repaired my car, my wife's car, and my daughter's car. Each time we have been pleased with their work and it's been done for a fair price. Jordan is great and really knows what customer service is all about!

I have to give this shop a 5 star rating. I called to get a front end alignment and was told they were back a week but if I got it in first thing in the morning they would do the work. That's a major plus in my book, what more could you ask for in the way of customer service. I was greeted by a friendly smiling face who was courteous and ready to help. The shop waiting area was extremely clean and well lighted it made for a pleasant wait. The work was performed timely as promised and the price was a bonus. I will definitely use this shop again and would recommend it as well.
