I purchased my wife a ring from this location about a year and a half ago and sent it back to the same location 5 different times to get a diamond placed back on the ring due to it continually falling out. We went back into the same store and Heather one of the managers went above and beyond for me and my wife. She was with us for a total of 3 hours helping us and figuring out what she could do for us for the horrible previous experience with a ring. We can’t thank her enough for her help and dedication to helping out customers. We would recommend her to anyone trying to purchase jewelry.

Great experience at Kay’s in Columbus GA. Make sure you ask for Heather. I didn’t have a great experience on my first visit. However, my fiancé convinced me to stop back by and it’s a good thing because Heather made me the happiest bride to be with a beautiful, beautiful bridal set and we also found some thing for my husband to be..one stop shopping so please ask for Heather.

Amanda helped us out and was so patient with us. We came in for an inspection and cleaning and she took great care of us. This location is so professional.

I always thought it was just for people getting engaged...etc. Thanks to Amanda, I learned they offer so many different types of jewelry for any occasion! I didn't know that opals are temperature and water sensitive! How fascinating is that! The expertise is top notch.

I tried on a beautiful rose gold ring with my birthstone. She showed me plenty of rings I could wear everyday! I found 2 that I fell in LOVE with. I explained that I would like a ring that is durable with my kind of lifestyle. It will be something I will wear everyday. I have a bday coming up and it would be so nice to treat myself to something nice. They have a huge collection of all types of rings, bracelets, watches and so much more. I mean there are Disney themed jewelry! Just amazing variety. Everyone who was working seemed so nice. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy anything. It is so refreshing to shop in such a welcoming environment. The education I received was such a pleasant experience and surprise. This is where you need to go for all your jewelry needs.

Went in for a 6 month cleaning and inspection on my jewelry. Unfortunately cleaning machine was down but inspection was done by Amanda. Great customer service, she was patient, caring and pleasant!
