At a time where it was hard to make decisions, Tim and the staff at Poole helped us navigate each and every detail of the celebration of life to honor our loved one in the most meaningful ways. They were kind, caring, patient and put thought into every detail. We got to know Tim on a personal level during our planning and he could not have been more amazing. They helped us with everything from casket and flowers, to the picture slideshow, the program, and even provided space and cleaned-up from a luncheon after the service. Brian even made phone calls on our behalf to the cemetery when there was a problem. They truly felt like a part of our own family. So thankful that we found them.

The staff at Poole's did an incredible job helping us through the process before and after my grandmother's passing. Their professionalism and care were above and beyond. My family cannot thank them enough and we highly recommend them.

Pool Funeral Home is a place that treats my son and my family with a lot of love, respect and professionalism, Mrs. Kelly did an exceptional job and with extraordinary gestures of love and kindness, Mr. Tim and Mr. Brain were willing to help us all the time, as well as the other people who work there.

Planning final arrangements is a hard task that we all have to do... Today we had the pleasure of working with Tim and Hanna. Tim was very comforting, kind and helpful. Hanna is Tim's apprentice/assistant and let me tell you, she is a true gem. She was knowledgeable, patient, personable and just plain caring. When being faced with an unexpected death, God knows the right people to put in your path and I'm so blessed that we had the privilege to work with Hanna.

My family, friends and our community celebrated the life of my dad, Jack Rowland, on Friday. Brian Poole and his staff were phenomenal. Brian went over and above to to make this stressful and very emotional time in our life as easy as it could be under the circumstances. Dealing with the death of a loved one is really hard but having someone walk you through the process and help you honor and celebrate your special person the way they have us has been a huge blessing during our worst days. They are very compassionate and caring people.

My husband had stage 4 cancer. I knew in advance we would require the services of Poole Funeral home. I went in ahead of time and Tim and Brian were able to help me put together a lovely service. I had no idea how many people were going to show up and they made incredible attempts to accommodate the crowd. They went out of their way to make more brochures as needed and try to make a comfortable place for the overflow people to sit. They demonstrated a level of professionalism and compassion. Professional, compassionate, caring, and personable, that's Poole Funeral Home & Cremation. They were there for us. Brian, owner, took care of our needs and our personal requests. Whatever we asked for Brian made it happen. We requested certain things for the service. Brian said okay. We asked for a gathering area to serve a meal to our guests. The area was provided. We requested a military escort to the cemetery. It was granted.
We were blessed to have Poole Funeral Home take care of our loved one and our family.

We have used Poole funeral home twice this year unfortunately with my husband and his daddy but every time they have never let us down. Tim made sure to handle us like family very encouraging and helpful more than I would’ve expected. The location is beautiful the visitation and service were completed to perfection every single detail we asked from them they did it with a smile. A few weeks ago my mom was put to rest, my daughter, my husband and I chose Poole Funeral Home in Woodstock, GA because of the way the owner Brian, and the rest of the team made us feel at peace. We were treated like family the moment we walked in the place compare to the other ones we went to. The other funeral homes were more interested in getting our money than anything else. Pool Funeral Home Packages were very affordable, great place to rest your love ones. will definitely refer other families to them.
