Quick and organized. I went in on my birthday after cutting the tip of my finger off. They did a great job of making me feel at ease and fixing me up. Was in and out and able to enjoy the rest of my birthday. Rachel the nurse was very sweet and helpful. And, Dr. Angela was thorough and had my best interest in mind the whole time.

I came in for a simple physical and drug screening and it was probably the most fun I’ve had at an urgent care. The caregiver who assisted me was Ms. Rachel. She made this process enjoyable by being relaxed and calm while being professional and knowledgeable. I could tell she loves her job and wanted to be there. Everyone here honestly seems to love working here. The doctor, Ms. Angela, was quick and efficient and wasted no time getting my physical exam completed. THANK YOU!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Thank you for actually caring, running test and taking time to figure out what's wrong with me, I didn't feel like I was rushed through my appointment. Thank you for showing kindness, patience and compassion. The Doctor and the Staff was amazing and I will definitely go back there and tell everyone how wonderful my experience there was. This care and customer service at AFC Woodstock is some of the best I've received ever. Check in was painless. Absolutely the best medical assistant, Hannah, thanks for the warmed blankets and painless injection.. .Dr Cadwell was exceptional with her great bedside manner and expertise. This team knows their field well. Great job ! Thank you so much.

Rachel took great care of me. I would highly recommend this urgent care to all friends and family because of her and her professionalism. She is extremely knowledgeable of the medical field. I trust AFC and this MA with my life. Thanks Rachel for all of your hard work!!

As a travel nurse I have to get drug screens and physicals routinely… Rachel has been absolutely amazing. In 3 years this is the best, most enjoyable experience I’ve had. So much so that I believe I have found a new urgent care and PCP.

The first person I interacted with was Paige. She was so sweet on the phone. I headed right over and she was just as nice in person. The young lady that took my X-rays, Rachel, was also amazing! She was hilarious & obviously cares about her patients. You’re never in Urgent Care because your day was amazing! However, they both made my day so much better! THANK YOU!!!

Everyone from the receptionist at the front desk to the nurses and doctor were kind, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and altogether amazing. They took care to listen to my concerns and ask me questions without forcing unnecessary tests and lab work. I appreciated how they cared for me and took their time with me despite being super busy. Rachel, Hannah, and Dr. Crowell are simply the best at what they do and their awesome personalities are just the cherry on top. I highly recommend AFC Woodstock!

I brought my daughter into the office on Saturday for not feeling well. The lady at the front desk was absolutely awesome. Great attitude, very helpful, very professional and compassionate. The staff took all necessary precautions to ensure they did everything they could for her.

No one wants to go to urgent care but if you do, definitely recommend AFC!! The nurse practitioner was Sylvia Hill- she was wonderful and efficient! Rachel is a breath of fresh air! Every office needs to have a staff member with her bubbly energy. My daughter felt comfortable the entire time and Rachel even received several smiles/laughs despite my daughter feeling awful. Thank yall!

Amazing care and support from all the staff! Shoutout to Rachel and Dr. Crowell! You guys are amazing! Overall, I have had nothing but great experiences each time I’ve been to AFC. I would highly recommend this healthcare facility to anyone who needs an urgent care visit or just a general primary care doctor.

Rachel is absolutely amazing, her joyful character is sooo contagious. Even when I'm sick with the flu she always makes me feel loved and comfortable and gets me laughing... I absolutely love her to pieces 💞💞💞

Absolutely wonderful care here, this has by far been the best experience I have ever had in a doctors office. Rachel was extremely kind and caring, she made the entire experince painless.I will always be coming back here for any medical care I may need in the future.

The nurse Rachel was the one who did my drug test for my pre employment and my tb shot she was amazing and did an awesome job I appreciate her and her kindness today

I am extremely impressed with the care I received this week. I was seen immediately after getting cleaning chemicals splashed in my face and eyes.The doctor personally called the following day to check in with me and offer additional medical advice which is almost unheard of. The nurse has also reached out several times to check in. I highly recommend this Urgent Care practice for anyone in need of emergency medical services.

I checked in online before I arrived and I got right in upon arrival. The whole team was efficient and friendly. The doc was great, asked good questions and listened to my answers. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

I have been to the Woodstock location several times. They get you in quickly. The staff is ALWAYS courteous and caring. I have a primary doctor, but I prefer AMC when I don't have time to wait for an appointment.
