5 stars is not enough! Todd and his team at Bavarian Repair are amazing! I cannot say enough great things about them. Extremely knowledgeable and informative, Todd really knows everything about BMWs. I've always had great service and work here at a fair price. Would highly recommend anyone with a BMW or Mini to come here for work on their car.

These folks are serious about taking care of your precious Beemer! Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Their prices are a bit high, but you're paying for their knowledge and experience with BMWs. I trust them more than I would trust any of the chain auto repair shops.

So pleased to have found such a terrific shop close by for my cars! Long time BMW fanatic over many years, but somewhat new in this area. That sent me searching for service I can count on for years to come. Todd's shop came recommended from some locals online and had terrific reviews; plus I always feel safer with my cars when the shop's track car is right up my alley! I had some minor work done (somewhat typical blown boost pipe on a F30 N55), they installed a hardened aftermarket kit for me to replace the somewhat fragile stock plastics (imho). They handled a kit they had not seen before with proper time and testing - solid installation. Todd has exceptional knowledge with BMW's - his positive attitude makes me feel his shop and crew can tackle anything I can throw at them. Appreciate the time and attention to my latest in the BMW family - thank you Todd, family and crew!

I took my car to Bavarian Repair and dealt with Todd and Tom. They where absolutely amazing. Best customer service I have ever experienced. They are honest and up front. Work was efficient and fast. They will have my continued support and business. I have dealt with several different BMW Dealerships and Bavarian Repair took great care of me and my old hoopty. If you are looking for guys who will take care of you and treat you like family Todd and Tom will defiantly provide that service you need.

The guys are pleasant, respectful and friendly. They know BMWs. They installed the AFE intake, Cobb charge pipe and catch can on my E93 N54, pictured. You will see me there again as long as I can bring my cars to them I will.

I have an older 540i and realized I needed some pretty extensive timing chain and VANOS work. I stumbled across this shop by happenstance and boy, am I glad I did! Todd is a very communicative guy and knows his stuff. The shop is clean and organized. They have very convenient consumer items like online estimate approval, photos of the repair, ApplePay, etc. It makes the whole process very transparent. Last but certainly not least, I want to give a big shoutout to my technician Craig. He had a very challenging job, particularly the fickle VANOS repair, and he kept on it until it was just right. If you’re looking for a reliable and pleasant repair experience for your BMW or Mini, this is the shop!

Ive owned my mini for about 3 years now. I live in Atlanta so you can imagine how many mini repair shops I pass up just to come to Todd. We have a great relationship, wonderful customer service and my mini stays very happy!

David and Todd have been absolutely amazing! I have an old BMW X5 that is acting up pretty bad and they have been so helpful and kind! Our car broke down Multiple times and they have been working so hard to fix it! They are so respectful and truly car about there customers. They have been taking care of my dad's car for years and I can honestly say this is the best place to take your car! They keep you well informed! Thank you guys for helping us and being so awesome!!

Todd was awesome all the way through from the moment I emailed them asking for help to the moment we picked the car up from them. Also talked to Tom who was incredibly helpful. These guys were beyond honest and I loved the fact that they under promised and over delivered. We were given a price for the repairs and they came in a bit below the quoted price for both repairs at the time we picked the car up. Todd and the entire staff at Bavarian Repair are extremely competent. They understand each model BMW and what we, as owners, can expect. I've had a 20yr old 740i there twice and have been pleased on both visits. Did what they said they would do, and clearly communicated any surprises. If you own, or want to own, a BMW and live in the 75/575 corridor you should stop by and discuss care and feeding of your specific year/model.

Great experience with Bavarian Repair. Todd is exceptional and very professional. He kept me updated on the status of my repair which presented some challenges but Todd was able to figure it out and get it done at a reasonable cost. I appreciate the fact the Todd preserved and as promised did not give up until the job was finished. I will definitely be back and recommend this business to others.

From my first contact with Todd, I knew this was the BMW shop to take my car to. Todd and Tom care about relationships with people and car enthusiasts. Right away I felt comfortable that they were the ones to work on my car. Both are very knowledgeable when working on BMW/Mini brands.

They were able to diagnose my concerns right away and put me on a path to get it corrected.

The shop is super clean and modern, and has a great lounge area with Wifi, and in some cases nicer than dealerships. It's also a perfect location if you live in the area.

Todd and Toms customer service has been excellent; you can really tell they love what they do and are passionate about their work. I look forward to taking my car to them for regular maintenance.

This was the first time taking my car to Bavarian Repair and I'm really impressed with the experience I had. Upon entering, I was greeted by Todd. We both stepped outside and talked about the maintenance work I wanted done as we were both looking at my engine. He was a very easy guy to talk to and was very welcoming about all concerns and questions I had. Since my car is a little over the 90K mile mark, Todd later walked me into the garage to show and explain possible upcoming issues that typically arise with my vehicle. I don't think I have ever been to a shop where the mechanic was as open as Todd was. He wanted to make sure I had an understanding of what he was showing me and what that could possibly mean in the future (in terms of repairs). Everything he was telling me checked out b/c I've been doing research online on what to look out for as my car ages. There was never pressure to make a sale. The thing I really liked about Todd was that he fully explained about the possible repairs I was asking him based on my research. He will go into great detail explaining what needs to be done during those repairs and why. I greatly appreciated his expertise and the time he took to answer all my questions. I wish all shops were like this.

Todd and his team are absolutely amazing at what they do. Communication is spectacular, pricing is fair, the lobby looks awesome, customer service is amazing, the shop in general looks very tidy and the quality of their work is to dream about. I could go on, but there is no need to say more. Extremely impressed and will not be going ANYWHERE else.
