Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I came in shortly before closing during the holidays and when I realized that, asked to set up an appointment for an oil change. Instead, they said it was no problem to do it right then. I greatly appreciated that since I was overdue. We've been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. Definitely recommend.

Everyone there was nice and cared about getting what I needed done and as soon as possible. Chuck worked very hard to find the parts I needed and the cost of repair was reasonable.. i slao liked that the tiok pictures before and after..will start bringing both our cars here for service needs.

Meineke Car Care Center is not only professional, they greet their customers with a friendly smile. Their place of business is clean with a relaxing waiting area. But the best thing about it is they do a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve been coming to this shop since 2013…and I cannot say enough about Chuck and his team! They have kept my 2012 Toyota Tundra up and running smoothly for 10+ years now! They have great and competitive prices, always flexible with my schedule, and have very well-trained professionals! Definitely, the best shop in the area!

I was very impressed with this location. The staff was courteous, the waiting area was clean and the service provided was quick (much faster and less expensive than the dealership).

I had an appointment on a Saturday. When I arrived, the front desk staff was courteous and expedient in checking me in. I was given an estimated wait time of 45 minutes and expected cost. The waiting area was clean and accomodating. Around 45 minutes, I was provided an update of where they were with my car and how much longer it should be. Around 15 minutes later, my car was finished and I was checked out quickly for the exact cost already disclosed with no attempts to up-sell.

Had Car trouble for a while and went to many repair shops that took our money without any solution. Went to Meineke off HWY 92 and first of all the staff was welcoming and hospitable. Sarah who handled everything for us was phenomenal. Our car 🚗 feels like new and we couldn’t be happier with the service! Thank You Thank You Thank You HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I made an appointment in advance. That process was simple and easy to use. Employees there were all friendly and professional. The work was quoted and approved online and was completed in a timely manner. I was notified by text and was able to pick vehicle up same day. The work appears to have been properly and I am very pleased with the overall experience. Highly recommend and will definitely return for future work.

I scheduled an oil change online and arrived there 15 minutes early. I received a friendly greeting and my vehicle was taken care of right away. The front desk rep and mechanic taking care of my car made sure to update me on what was going and asked if I had any concerns. This team is great and moves with a sense of urgency. I was in and out in no time. Will definitely be back.
