Great environment! Everyone truly cares about your success and pushes you to get better daily. They know your name and they don’t treat you like you’re just a number. No matter which location I’ve been to I have received 100% from the staff. The daily workout changes and keeps your interest. It’s like getting a gym membership and personal trainer ALL-IN-ONE! You won’t regret signing up I promise. I’m addicted and I see my health and mental state getting better with every class.

Best Experience ever. Never had did a group setting workout but the energy was amazing everyone working, pushing each other to keep going! The instructors are out of this world! I’m so glad I have this to help me succeed to my fitness goals !

This gym gets you hooked. No class is ever the same. A great, high intensity workout with even better instructors. Take a look at their videos online. It depicts it well. I’m 3 mos in and I feel much better. I highly recommend this place no matter what stage you are at.

Fun environment with great people. I went to an early morning class and enjoyed it. The class had a lot of focus on strength training and was broken into 3 distinct segments. Definitely would recommend for helping you get in shape

Addicted!! I came into Twisted with very little physical activity skills. I've been going almost 4 months and I know I'm stronger. I know everytime I go in the instructors have got my back. They are so inspiring and motivational. The other people in my classes have become like a family. Always pushing each other and motivating you when you need it most. I absolutely LOVE LOVE my Twisted time and look forward to going as often as possible. Come get Twisted!! We will all welcome you with open arms @ Woodstock!

Twisted cycle has changed my life!!!!! I have never felt stronger. I decided to change my ways in January and since I started this class I have lost 34 pounds and gained so much confidence. I have tried workout programs for years but there has never been one like this! I go to bed feeling great and wake up happy to go again. The instructors are beyond amazing and the members are my cheerleaders! The feeling is honestly indescribable. I could go on and on and on for hours! Twisted has changed me forever!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! My family thanks you guys!

Love this place! Welcoming, inclusive and the best workout ever! The team is like family and the different formats each day make me excited to come 5-6 times a week, a year later! The best gym ever!

Twisted Cycle is totally awesome! The coaches and exercise formats are killer. It brought my cardio from running up a notch or two. Where else can I consistently burn 900-1,000 calories in an hour.....

Everyone at Twisted Cycle makes you feel welcome! It's inviting! Staff helps put away equipment and cleaning is on going throughout class.

I love twisted cycle… I joined when they had the pre-opening membership in Woodstock and I have to say everyone there really cares about your health and they take the time to talk to you and I’ve never met such great coaches in my life. I would highly recommend twisted cycle… Any of the locations but I favor Woodstock!❤

This is perhaps the most well balanced program I have ever seen. It balances cardio, strength and body movement during every workout. It will challenge your weaknesses and help you become more fit.
