Helpful staff, biggest selection in Helen… went there looking for Mezcal (with worm). They had it. Busch Light prices were high, but customer experience was top notch, and worth the convenience upcharge.

Super friendly staff. Came to grab some moonshine and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even the locals were making some good recommendations. Great selection of shine, rum, vodka, beer etc. They even had those mini bottles of liquor for only 99 cents!!! I'm used to seeing them for at least a few bucks each.

Great place for beer, wine and spirits. The owner is a genuine “good guy” who tries his best to serve his customers. And, he supports the community as well.

Sam, the owner is very nice. He donated several empty boxes to me when I asked if he had any extras. Very generous!

Wide variety of products, most alcoholic as the name would imply, but a good amount nonalcoholic for a liquor store. There's a lot of German beers, fitting the German/Bavarian theme of Helen Georgia, and the employees are always willing to help when you need it.

Best customer service and selection in all of Helen. Only visit here from now on when I buy a bottle this is where I buy it from.

With a large selection, and super friendly staff,this a wonderful stop for your adult beverage needs. Can't say enough about the super helpful, extremely friendly, group of ladies inside.

Discount Spirits of Helen is my "go to" for all my take-home liquor and beer purchases in this area.

Not only do they have an enormous selection of everything C₂H₆O but the facility is always clean and the service is much friendlier than other spirits stores I have visited.

I'm ALL about friendly faces and Sam (the owner) is 5 stars! The lady that works there is also nice. Sam, however, IS the reason why I'm a huge fan of this small business.

Sam is supremely friendly, communicative, and greets us with a warm smile - even if we stop in 2 minutes before closing.

The prices here are reasonable and the wide selection of products surpasses all other retailers in Helen.

Sure, we can spend our moolah in a store closer to us, but I'd rather make the extra effort and drive to Discount Spirits of Helen to receive the best service in the mountain town of Helen, Georgia. Sam laughs at my sarcasm, because I forever roll with jokes. I can't help being cynical, and Sam picks up what I throw down. Good stuff!

When I'm walking around with my cat in his stroller, I'll stop in, grab me a small bottle of whatever and a mixer, throw it in my "day cup" to continue my Alpine wandering properly. I won't purchase Bud Light or any other Anheuser-Busch product, but everything else is a winner here. #facts

We got our liquor from here since we stopped at the country store next door and man what a variety of selection. Staff was super helpful on helping me find a new favorite scotch!

Very nice! Clean, well organized, friendly staff, good prices. I can't believe this is my first time stopping by here. It's not on the main road like the other package store in Helen. But, glad I followed google map to find it.

I still like this one best of the 3 liquor stores in Helen just because of the cleanliness and how organized it is. But I took my mom by here tonight and the prices are a lot higher than I remember. Maybe I don't visit liquor stores enough and the economy has probably affected prices...? Idk. Still a great store though!

They had a lot more than I expected! It's a pretty good sized liquor store. Staff was welcoming and super helpful in finding what I was looking for.

Great selection, especially of beers! And "Lauren" is super wine knowledgeable. "Palmer" is great with liquors, mixology.
Good customer service! Could be best liquor store in White county, but I thought Life Flight was landing on roof...turned out the vintage vacuum is just a very loud..
