Obsessed with Addison Jane! Every time My family or I come to the store the girls are always very lovely and helpful. When my mom shops for me and doesn't know what to buy they help her pick out outfits for me. The girls are very knowledgeable on prices and brands as well. Always a great experience shopping with Addison Jane!

Loved Brooklyn's most of all!!! Granddaughter purchased a few unique items for back to school in VA and were pleasantly assisted by one and all! We were helped with great enthusiasm by Hailey and discovered her sister was Ashleigh @ Addison Jane (who recently got engaged 💍 CONGRATS!!) Make it a must stop shop @ Madison Avenue, Brooklyn's and Addison Jane. Their passport idea last weekend was a true treasure find.😍

This is the cutest little store! Love that I’m acknowledged every time I walk in. The clothes are adorable and the employees make me feel comfortable to ask for fashion advice. Last time I was in there I spoke to Laurie, she was so sweet and helpful as I shopped for a dress. Nothing but happy experiences here!

Addison Jane has some of the cutest styles along with amazing staff! I have never had a negative experience and will continue shopping here for all my clothing needs!

Shop for my girlfriend and relatives at this boutique all the time. Great customer service and don’t have to do much work, I tell them what I’m looking for and there’s always complete assistance in finding it! Awesome store! Recommend for men who need help with gifts for women! 👍

Parents of teenagers that hang out in downtown Woodstock beware. If 0 stars was an option, this one would be a 0. We had the worst experience with this store and their employee tonight. We always let our daughter and her friends walk around downtown Woodstock and shop, and I have never had any reason to worry about them until now. All the girls did wrong was try on a couple of outfits and put them back on a different rack in the store. Obviously these stores have had some shoplifting or theft issues and they are not able to get it under control, their employee called the police and reported shoplifting on our young teenagers. THE “MISSING” OUTFIT WAS HANGING ON A RACK IN THEIR STORE!! If you have been there you know this store is tiny and has hardly anything on their racks. The employee was so lazy that she called the police and didn’t even check a few racks??? Unbelievable. Thankfully we were with our daughter and her friend when the police officer approached them, and we walked with the officer to the store and showed them the rack the outfit was on. The employee was on her phone when we walked in. Driving home tonight, my daughter told us that no one helped them in the store and the worker was on her phone while they were shopping!!! Hmmm...

And to make it even worse the employee didn’t even have the decency to apologize to them. We will not be returning to this store or any other stores that they own.

The police officer was only doing her job but it is a traumatic experience for young teenagers to be accused of theft. The employee from Addison Jane left a terrible memory on our young teenage daughter and her friend. Something that can’t be fixed.
