Such concerned willingly worker that put all in consideration their customers are made happy & satisfied therefore I thank you so much

I am disabled and can't get out of the house much due to my mobility restrictions. However, over the past couple of months, I have been talking with Farmers Home Funiture with Britney and Lisa. Today I was able to stop in and meet the staff, and look at their power lift recliners. The staff did not have to push for a sale because I already knew what I had in mind to purchase and since I worked at the biggest Lazy-Boy factory in the United States for over 5 years, I knew what to look for.

Lisa was very polite and brought out a lift recliner from the back for me to look at. It was exactly what I was looking for. In a few days, I will be going to the hospital for two surgeries and after I'm released next month I will be going back and purchasing that chair.

Thank you Lisa and Britney for all your help. Even though Britney no longer works there I like to thank her.

Lisa was the Best sales person! She worked very hard for me and her communication was way beyond what one would expect for a small sale. She made sure I got the best deal. Good selection in store and even more special order items to look through. Delivery went smooth. Thank you again.

We just had the most wonderful customer service experience buying a mattress from Lisa. They went way beyond the normal service to get us a mattress today. This was like the way things used to be, when people cared about each other. We will go there for all of our home furnishing needs. Thank you Lisa.

We purchased a couch and recliner last week they accidentally sent the love seat instead but Cary was very nice and got it swapped out and delivered the next business day. Also the delivery guys were awesome.

The sales ladies are absolutely wonderful. They always call right back if you have any questions. Also they are so helpful in the store especially when I had to purchase a new mattress. I have been doing business with them for years and they will continue to have my business! :-)
