I had a wonderful experience with this jeweler. I needed links removed and a battery. They were just a joy to deal with. Great customer service, friendly and fast and not to mention AWESOME prices. While browsing I came across this beautiful ring and the owner gave me a discount and Free sizing. I put it on layaway and just can't wait to get it home. I will definitely be returning. Went today after looking at reviews and calling to see if they bought silver or just gold. They buy both. Unfortunately what I had wasn't worth much given than it was 90% silver, but I was kindly greeted when I walked in and my pieces were inspected and the young woman that works there was kind enough to straighten out a ring that had gotten all bent up, at no charge (thank you so much). I did decide to hold on to what I had, for the aforementioned reason, even still I do hope to make it back to the store one day soon to actually walk around and look at their selection. Thanks again for being up front and honest as well as taking the time out to inspect my jewelry pieces.

If you’re wanting to sell jewelry, this is definitely the place to go! They doubled what one jeweler offered me and I actually got a little lesson on what to know when selling jewelry. Be prepared to be educated. Also, turn around time for repairs are fast! They fixed my chain and pendant quicker than I expected!

This local jeweler is the BEST!!! I cannot say enough good things about this business and staff!! I have used them for a couple of jewelry needs, but I called them when my wedding ring finger had got swollen & I couldn't get my rings off for anything. I was panicked. I spoke with Jessica who immediately told me to come in & let them look at it. Basically it had to be cut off & allow my finger to heal. The owner cut the rings off being very careful & with precision. I was so upset because I have had these rings on for almost 25 years. They assured me it would be ok. I asked them to fix them, which they did & did an AWESOME job. You would never know anything ever happened to either of the rings. They looked beautiful!! I am so thankful & will only always use their business for any of my jewelry needs. Matter of fact even my mother only uses them for any jewelry needs or purchases. Thank you Better Jewelers. I am so happy & thankful!! Y'all are the BEST in town!!

It was 2:55pm Saturday When I pulled up to Better Jewelers. They replaced three watch batteries and even put a link in one of my watches and I didn’t feel pressured or anxious about them staying past the closing time which is 3 o’clock! Very friendly & great prices…. my new jeweler!

I took my mothers ring to be sized for my daughter in law and they sized it in the same day. They were very professional, helpful and courteous. While I was there I discovered a beautiful ring I put on layaway. They have beautiful pieces. My mom's ring looked so pretty and brand new when they were done. We were very pleased. I will definitely be going back and recommend them to anyone. They provide fast service and they care about their customers.

Jon is so very helpful with everything, from appraisals to repairs to insurance advice. He is very reasonable compared to others in town, and I wish I had known about Better Jewelers years before. He and his staff are honest and I trust them. Over the years they have helped me with estate and insurance matters, as well as repairs. I would recommend his business to anyone. I now travel three hours to deal with him and will continue to do so. Don’t throw your money away! Use Better Jewelers!

I chose Better Jewelers based on reviews, and they were right. It is a great place! I needed a new watch battery, but replacing the battery didn't get the watch working. Even though it was closing time, John worked on my watch and managed to correct whatever had it jammed, despite it being a relatively cheap movement. And while he was working, we had a nice chat, like I was an old friend instead of a random person off the street. I've worked retail, and I know how much you want to go home at the end of a long day, but there was no pressure, no "leave it and I'll look at it tomorrow." Just outstanding service and an amazing price for the work. I'll be back, and will be recommending Better Jewelers.

Jon and Jessica are both very trustworthy, honest, and great to work with! They helped create my vision for a custom engagement ring. Family owned and operated with a great staff. Mr. John is straight forward and honest there was no scam going on just a desire to give the customer the best service possible. I brought in a watch with a broken band I was having trouble finding a replacement for. The company no longer made or had parts for and they found a broken one on line. Three business days later it comes in. After further inspection it is fixable and also in better condition. The same day I leave the store with the same watch except almost brand new with a spare. The agreed price for the repair including shipping for watch was not even questioned by the staff and remained the same. I felt like I was robbing them but Mr. John was just happy he could fix the problem. I recommend them and if I ever need anything jewelry related they will definitely be my first and only stop.

This is a great, honest, trustworthy jewelry shop that I will continue to bring my business to from here on out. They met my expectations by giving me an honest estimate of how long it would take to have my ring repaired and they Over delivered by having it done much quicker than my expectations. I had inherited a diamond ring I was looking to sell. After having a horrible experience with another local jeweler, Jon at Better Jewelers was a breath of fresh air. Very knowledgeable and cares about giving the customer a fair deal on both sides. The jeweler at the previous establishment I visited made me feel pressured and anxious to accept his offer. However, at Better Jewelers, Jon went out of his way to offer the best price possible and to make me feel comfortable about the process.

I needed to get my engagement ring resized so I took a chance on Better Jewelers and I'm glad I did. The work was done much quicker than other jewelers would have been able to do it (2 days) and my ring was returned more sparkly than I had left it. Jon even made sure to check my diamond's certification number before and after the sizing. I'd highly recommend them.

I have gotten my rings stretched, sized and bought silver at a good price from better jewelers. I even had a special chihuahua charm as a pendant for a necklace from them...they give you quality and value off of current gold and silver prices. This is my permanent jewelery store...I will go to them for everything...very satisfied.
