Holmes Pharmacy at Sawmill

I LOVE HOLMES! This pharmacy has been a staple of LaGrange for years. It is locally owned and operated. The staff is very professional and helpful. You can't find a better staff than Holmes. My husband and I have been customers there for years and all I have to say is that I appreciate the fact that I'm not made to feel like just another customer in line. They genuinely care about their customers and will go above and beyond without hesitation. That quality in a business is very rare these days. I highly recommend doing business with Holmes Pharmacy.

Greatest pharmacy I've been to in Lagrange, GA. The people here are very respectful, sweet, and know what their doing. Definitely a five-star. I would give them more if I could.

I just received the worst customer service that I think I have ever had. I understand in this industry you probably see a lot of things, but not everyone is out to get you. I previously used the location on commerce, and immediately am returning to only using them. I couldn’t even get the words out of my mouth without the woman talking over me, she was not understanding or listening at all, and instead just wanted to tell me the same thing over and over and how she couldn’t help me.
Not everyone out here is trying to get drugs to abuse, and I don’t know who would abuse lexapro but whatever. Some of us are just trying to survive. Instead of being rude and over talking someone, maybe try listening to them. I don’t recommend this location to anyone at all. No one should have to feel the way this woman made me feel. Empathy goes a long way, and if you’re treating your customers like this for just trying to get some answers, you’re in the wrong field. Have the day you deserve.
