I had a State Farm agent in NC who was fabulous. When he heard we were moving back to Columbus he put us in touch with his best friend Scott Lacey. He is just as fabulous as Greg was. He and his team have taken great care of us and our insurance needs. They are all kind, polite, and always make sure we have the best deal. I highly recommend Scott Lacey State Farm to anyone who asks.

I pay my monthly premiums at the office instead of mailing them in and because I work full time I'm always pushing it to the last minute before they close and I am never rushed or feel unwelcomed by them. Whatever my needs are, Towing my vehicle 2 changing my insurance policy to a new vehicle while I'm standing in line getting the tag and title transferred,there is never any hesitation. Thank you State Farm and thank you Scott Lacey for always being there no matter what!

Not even a customer. My truck broke down in front of office and the gentleman inside was extremely helpful. Offered for my son and I to come inside as it was cold and even gave my son hot chocolate. Thank you SO VERY MUCH. Above and beyond good service.
